We had a great experience at Shoal Creek! My son doesnt generally do well in doctors offices, but the atmosphere was awesome, the staff was so friendly and then Dr. Thomas was so great with him! He had him lay down in the chair so he could watch Mickey on the tv on the ceiling and then talked him through what he was doing and made him feel at ease while he worked on his teeth. When he was done, he gave him a new toothbrush and got him excited about brushing his teeth, which trust me, can be quite the fight. I highly recommend this office!

They were EXCELLENT! I cannot say this enough. As a parent of 5 kids the oldest being 21 Ive had my fair share of the dentist. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had from beginning to end. From front desk to the Dr. Thomas and every single person in between! Friendly, smart, sweet, helpful, kind, caring, and also gentle. I know why they are booked so far out in advance!
