Literally the best place Ive ever been! Last time I was at a dentist I was 8/9. Im in my 20s now. Diagnosis was quick, scheduled root canal was made and the actual procedure took about an hour to an hour and a half. Everyone was so kind, answered all of my questions and made me feel like I had been a patient with them for years! Im from out of town when I started getting severe tooth pains. They worked with me, made me feel comfortable and the procedure was painless (I was nervous, first root canal)! 8 hours after the procedure Im not having any complications whatsoever. Ill gladly make Monarch and their branches back home my permanent dentist office! Highly recommend this location!

All the staff at Monarch have been a real blessing to me. Dr. Mike Wattles has given me excellent care as well as Dr. Renegar earlier. Tanya and Yulia are kind and friendly. Also Monarchs policy of accepting the Aetna Discount Program has made this economically feasible. With dedicated, talented professionals right here in my own neighborhood and Care Credit that gives me time to map out my financial strategy, Id say, "Dont change anything, except that I really appreciate that this Monarch office seems to be close to the leading edge in new dental techniques, giving their patients the best care available. Keep up the beautiful work and thank you very much!

I have been going to Monarch Dental for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the office is clean and inviting, and the doctors and hygienists always make me feel comfortable with procedures and cleanings. In addition, if you are looking for the most painless dentistry in Fort Smith, see Dr. Wheeler - he is highly skilled with local anesthesia. I have also seen him for cosmetic dentistry and 15 years later I still receive compliments on my smile!

The staff and the professionals are thorough, friendly and concerned. They work with me regarding appointment times, and my waiting room time is never very long. My time with the dentist and his assistant is always as pleasant as possible, always explaining every step of each procedure. Dr. Duff was wonderful. He addressed all the options available to me and encouraged me to verbalize any concerns or questions I had. I was very nervous, but I love my new dentures and I am very satisfied with everything thus far. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and always find something to compliment everyone about. Having been a nurse for 30+ years I was very impressed with the whole experience.

My visit with the experienced doctors at Monarch Dental, as usual, was fantastic! Dr. Duff thoroughly explained the procedure and made sure to answer any questions I had at the time. I have been seeing Dr. Deb for decades. Would never dream of seeing anyone else. Dr. Deb is the best. The whole staff is awesome. I have recommended monarch dental to my whole family and all my friends. Gay and Cindy at the front desk are also so awesome. They will go the extra mile to help in any way they can. The hygienist are so caring. I have never had a bad experience with any of them.

Dr. Deb and the staff are fantastic. I have a lot of dental needs and hate the dentist. They treat everyone like family. They work to fix problems permanently, not just patch them so patients can pay twice. They are the most thorough dental practice I have met and truly take care of their patients. They understand that people work hard for their money and dont try to overcharge them.

I love this dentist office! The ladies at the front desk are awesome. They know my name and say hello as soon as I walk in the door. I can get an appointment pretty quick when I have an emergency with my braces. And the ladies in back are wonderful, fast and thorough with their work. Dr Duff is a great dentist and very thorough. I have and would highly recommend!
