Our 6-year old daughter had her teeth cleaned with x-rays here at Liberty Dental Care, and we paid for this gladly. At that time, the dentist noted that a new front bottom tooth was coming in. A couple of weeks later, the tooth kept coming in, but the front baby teeth hadnt come out. So, we wanted to get his opinion on whether we should do a tooth extraction. He examined her, took x-rays again, and the office gave us a quote for $120 to extract two teeth, but they said that we could wait to see if the teeth came out on their own. To potentially save $120, we decided against the tooth extraction and to wait it out. The next week, the office tells us we owe them $120 for the office visit and x-rays. Apparently, had we done the tooth extractions that day, they would have waived the examination and x-ray and we would have paid $120 for the tooth extraction. Had we not had the tooth extraction, we still would have to pay $120 just to get an opinion. Had we known this, we would have gotten the freaking tooth extraction!!!! The office wouldnt discount the $120 or come down one penny. Poor communication and shady billing. Oh, and another thing... the door to their back break room was open one day, and I saw on a big whiteboard their financial revenue numbers, where they had met and exceeded their quarterly revenue goal - with a big congratulatory note. I feel used.

I currently do not have dental insurance, so I was excited to take advantage of their new patient cleaning specials. I must admit, I have worked in a corporate medical office before, so I was expecting a lot of gimmicks, add-ons, and non-personalized service, just based on the fact that they advertise these specials so heavily. However, Im very glad I gave them a go, and I can honestly say (as a licensed medical professional) that my teeth have NEVER been cleaner. The hygienist was very thorough and explained why and what she was doing. I have been having issues lately with halitosis and she discovered hidden bits of decay and tartar left behind by previous hygienists (which made me happy to resolve it, but angry to think it could have been taken care of a year ago). She also gave me tips on how to reduce sensitivity and get the max benefit out of whitening toothpaste (dont rinse). This may seem standard protocol at most dental offices, but as many as Ive been to, no one has taken the time like she has to truly make it a one of a kind experience...and this was all for $59! I plan on returning again in a few months to have another thorough cleaning, and in the future for all of my dental care needs.

My nine year old has been to the dentist before, had fillings etc so she knows what to expect. Went to Liberty Dental today and Dr Smith traumatized her while trying to pull a couple of baby teeth (bad cavities in them). He did not apologize for hurting her and for switching gears after telling her he would just "push her teeth" a little to see if she was numb. Long story short, she was cowering behind me screaming when he came back into the room to see if she was numb enough to proceed. Normally, Im the "suck it up kid" kind of parent, but I know my kid. She was truly hurt and terrified of the guy. I cant believe he bothered to explain that she could be traumatized for life with a bad experience; well duh! Youve just done that to her Dr Evil! The hygienist was apologetic and a professional throughout the nightmare. I hope she does not get any blame for this horrible incident. She was a comfort and did a great job of trying to explain what the jerk "Dr" did not. Please dont take your kids to Liberty Dental!

Althought the facility was clean, the staff was nice.,I feel my overall experience was lacking understanding and concern. While in pain and in need of extensive care,I felt money was more important. Im sorry, not everyone has an unlimited bank account. I was not given options to choose from. Was told my portion of my bill would be iver $6500 and needs to be paid up front before treatment. I walked out still in pain. I ended up in my locally owned office where they went over ALL my options for ME to choose. Treatment half the cost. They will insurance first then bill me the remainder. I walked out without the pain and a treatment plan that meets my dental and financial needs. I will not be going back to Liberty Dental Care.

Today was my daughter and Is first time at Liberty Dental Care and my first time to a dentist in years. My daughter is nine and was very scared/mad that we had to go. From the second we walked in I couldnt have asked for a nicer staff. The front desk was helpful and kind, Kristen my hygienist was a doll, and Jessie my daughters hygienist made her feel so comfortable. Both were so good with her and she actually left liking going to the dentist! I really appreciated how they took care of us both and worked efficiently and professionally. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have going to the dentist be a pleasant experience! Awesome people

I have been with Liberty Dental for roughly 2 years now. The facility and staff are amazing and friendly but the service and care are horrible. They have no issue trying to schedule you, but cannot return phone calls or answer questions in any capacity. I have had a couple crowns through them and each have popped off within 2 years while eating softer foods. I will not be returning and would recommend anyone not to start with them.

I have called many times to ask questions about coverage and services and have NEVER had my call returned; BUT, the office calls at least twice a month to see if I want to proceed with a procedure that they are recommending. I again asked that the office manager call me and I have been informed that both past managers are no longer with them. Ive found another dentist with GREAT customer service and follow through.

I dont where to begin. Billing, up charge, performing costly useless procedures, all very bad practices. Never had bad teeth before? You will when you leave this place. I really hate the dentist trying to be your buddy feel too. I dont need to watch TV or play games, clean my teeth, make recommendations and bill me correctly. If you live in Liberty, you have a ton of Dental options. Dont go here.

Taylor did a great job of cleaning my teeth. She gave me so much information about my teeth just for my own edification. I have met both Dr. Smith and Dr. Sparks and they are very nice and are great conversationalists. The whole staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is trepidatious about dentistry.

I have been a patient at this office for over a year and have always had an excellent experience. Kristen, the dental hygienist, is thorough and very easy to get along with. The best dental cleaning I have ever had. Dr.Smith has great communication and I highly recommend people to visit Liberty Dental Care.

Friendliest and most professional dental work Ive ever had done. The hygienist, Jessie, was thorough and explained everything. The dentist did a great job replacing a filling. The pricing was exactly what I expect. Its our new family dental clinic.
