Gone Again

I am calling today for an appointment for new glasses. I went about 18 months ago. The Eye exam was very well done. The eye doctor mentioned as I was leaving to remember that they are available should I have any problems or questions regarding my vision. About 3 weeks later, after I already had my glasses, I experienced a couple flashes, almost like a quick strobe light, then had a few floaters. My vision seemed absolutely normal. I had to go to Sterling for something else that day, so I decided to stop in because what the hey, that eye doctor mentioned it. Turns out I was taken back to see the eye doctor almost immediately. It seems I had somehow torn the retina. I was promptly referred to Hauser Ross, for a second opinion and possible surgery, they called to get me set up with an appointment ASAP. I got the surgery that saved my vision. Anyway, I had to Google to get the number to call for an appointment and figured I would take the time to thank the staff at All About Eyes Sterling Office for your caring, and helping me take the steps needed to save my vision.

I unfortunately broke my glasses in half at work so I called All About Eyes in Sterling to ask about checking on a old prescription to see if it was still good and she informed me it was and told me about the specials they had going on, but most importantly she informed me that If I could find glasses that my lenses would fit in that they could be put in a new pair. As a person that 100% needs glasses to do anything, that was great cause I was unable to wait the 5-7 days for a new pair to arrive. I arrived later in the evening to look and order some and try to find a temporary pair, with the great help of the employees and the store manager I was able to get a pair that worked well with my old lenses, got a great price on them, manager put them him for me, all within 30 mins I was out the door able to see..I will definitely go back as soon as my insurance kicks in at the beginning of the year and order mine and my childrens glasses from here..Thank you All About Eyes for saving me from my mistake this morning and getting me back on the road with clear vision

I had an appointment today at the Sterling Office and was really impressed with the entire experience. The eye Dr was very good at letting me know what I needed. The assistant that help me was Cassie and she was very good at getting me set up wit what I needed to fill out and she was very polite and good at her job and made me feel at ease. The prices here are the best that I have seen around. I woul definitely anyone who needs their eyes checked or needs glasses or contact lenses to go to All About Eyes they have very good prices and are very good at helping you very much. I would recommend anyone who needs glasses or anything to go here to see Cassie and she will get you all set up.

I broke my glasses yesterday after having them for many years and decided I needed to call somewhere and make an appointment. I had heard good things about All About Eyes from a friend and was delighted to know they were open on a Sunday. When I called I got right in for an appointment today. I was able to get right in for my exam when I arrived today without waiting. After my exam I had to pick out my frames which I have not done in 5 years. I was overwhelmed with all of the selections and the worker Cassie noticed this. She took the time to help me choose the perfect frames and was very friendly and professional! I really appreciate for helping me today!

I absolutley Love all about eyes sterling location. Cassandra B. Was so helpful and reassured me that they could help me and at my price range since my insurance wasnt accepted. She made sure my appointment went smoothly and my glasses came in on time!! Dr. Oran Linder was very nice and very detailed and made sure I knew what was involved in the process step by step!! Strongly recommend this location their people and staff are truly amazing!! When I came to pick up my glasses Emily was also very sweet and very helpful and made me leave with a smile!!

Was greeted in a friendly, professional manner immediately with very little wait time for my exam. I was seen by Dr. McEwan almost immediately. During my exam he explained all procedures and answered all my questions professionally. After finding out I needed glasses (first time) I was assisted by Chelsea . She was great. Very knowledgeable on my insurance coverage, picking the right frames (lots to choose from) and different lens options that would work best for me. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend.

I went to the Sterling,IL office. I did not have to wait to have my eye exam. The staff and Dr were ready when I walked through the door. I love that weekend hours are available and appointment times flexible. Tessa helped me find the perfect frames. Ashley ordered my contacts for my daughter and I. Both staff members were friendly and very helpful. The prices were for glasses and contacts were reasonable. I was pleased with my experience! Thank you to the staff there for making my experience a good one!

I recently went to all about eyes and had a poor experience with a technition then when I went back to pick up my glasses I asked for Cassie. She was amazing at helping me with my glasses. Cassie hated the glasses I originally picked out with the previous technition and she helped me find the right pair for my face. It literally took 4 days and my new pair was in and I was very happy with them. I highly recommend that when you go to all about eyes that you ask for CASSIE

I was at the Sterling, IL store on 7/29/17 & from the moment I walked through the door I knew it was going to be a great experience. Emily B is fabulous. Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Dr. Linder is outstanding. The best & most thorough exam Ive ever had. Cassie B was also a great help & very knowledgeable. I definitely will be going back & I will highly recommend All About Eyes to everyone I know.

We went Im just to get our prescription because we found a pair of glasses for a cheap price that we wanted at walmart. The gentalman who helped us was great and helped us find a paid of glasses identical to the ones we wanted and he agreed to match the price so we only had to make one stop. Great job guys we are very happy with the purchase and cant wait for them to come in.
