The staff has a way about them and thats making you feel un welcome and like more like crap, because you the patient have a array of symptoms that they cant possibly narrow down. treat the symptoms, I have so many symptoms that point out to bad thyroid, and one that my free T4 -Cells were slight below the normal range on aug 2, 2013 but on aug 15,2013 my free T4 -Cells were 1.6 when they took bloodwork and blowup my vein in my hand after several uncessfull attempts at the hospital trying to get my blood and unsuccessful administer me IV fluids because they dont listen to your advice you think i know where its best to stick me. those know it alls had everyone in the hospital come stick me trying to administer an IV. WTF I cant keep anything down Im vomiting with diarah. and a whole array of symptoms/ feelings i have on and off chest pains as i type. i was rudely turned down care by the P.A. TANIA AT 3:48 she told me to drink a lot of fluids and eat a bland diet.. she ignored my real life symptoms basing her judgement on lab work that has a big gap between .5 and 4.0 is a normal thyroid according to these quacks. my thyroid like my symptoms are up and down. today it was 1.6 so she told me i was normal. and fine. so the fact that when i try and swallow my glass of water its uncoftubule ball like feeling in my throat. and im sweating to death sitting in a chilled air conditioned environment the fact that i have so many symptoms pointing to my thyroid wasnt enough for her. she rather base her opinion on a ink splat on a pice of paper instead of listen to the patient i left that medical facility feeling hopeless,and Im so sick. i now have a big sour taste in my mouth for that physician assistant i will never see that woman again shes nasty and she undermines you, she has a way of talking down to you. she forgot the fact that i felt sick, does she remembers what it feels like to be sick? she was a witch why did she get involved in medicine if she rather base her facts on ink from a paper than all of the symptoms Im currently having.. clearly my symptoms say that i have a bad thyroid. and if i dont get help for my thyroid it can lead to adrenal problems... but these people/ doctors dont listen to the patient they base their knowledge off of ink blotted down on a pice of paper..

I enjoy the help of ONE nurse there. She is who takes vitals before Dr comes in to assess. These Doctors all seem to be least helpful, including long term assist of specialists. It seems they dont actually enjoy their profession because it shows in their poor care. I was once asked if I feel safe at home. When I asked what they would do if I said no, I was told they would give me a number to call. Thats no real help, although the nurse who provided me that info was nice, she no longer works at the practice or at least not at this location. Also, Ive had a Dr tell me once that he could help me with one of my issues and expected me to make an appointment for another issue. I refused that kind of carelessness of my health and made an immediate fuss. I was NOT leaving without full care of my entire issues. Keeping in mind one of my issues was needing asthma medication. Was I supposed to take my chances and die before I could come back? They are concerned more about the extra money for copays they could pocket from separating peoples plan of care. Podiatry had been a joke for a long time. I complained about the Dr who neglected to send me to pain management for continued care of neuropathy after 3 surgeries. They kept me on hold until the office closed and I couldnt believe the idea O kept from that experience - how the Dr mustve felt like they were getting a good chuckle out of that. Eventually, following up with complaining to the person who runs the office, I finally pushed and shoved enough to get an appointment with pain management and have been seeing that new Dr in another office and being taken care of so much better ever since. Word of advice: DO NOT LET ANY DR MAKE A JOKE OF YOUR PLAN OF CARE. DEMAND THE KIND OF CARE YOU NEED OR GO ELSEWHERE. Never leave without being seen for ALL of your issues.

I personally think this place is 100% great! Diagnosed me right away with asthma . Every time Im sick the doctor bob knows what to do! Hes awesome and so is the staff there ! Trust me I get sick every other week . I always ask weird question and they are always happy to answer them right away!

Terrible place. They are lazy!!! My daughter had a stomach ache and headache. The doctor says she only take care of one. We had to choose the head or stomach. Crazy!!! Make another appointment or go to another place for the other problem!

One of dirtiest Dr office I have been to,no tissue,sanitizers.Not only that when you call they have you on hold and even hang up on you.The people that work there are ignorant and full of lies.
