DECEITFUL! I was scheduled for a physical which is covered by my insurance however they only went over a questionnaire and nothing else so that they can schedule a second visit for the actual physical. My insurance was billed as an office visit and now Im stuck with a $171 invoice for services I havent received. Had they actually done the physical which is what was scheduled it would have been covered under preventative care. CROOKS!

Ive been a patient here for years, the staff has always been very friendly. Staff members actually answer the phone quickly when I call to make an appointment. Must of been a communication issue with the others that posted poor reviews.

The PA-C who saw my husband was rude, and appeared to dislike that fact that we speak in a different language although we can speak english. I will be looking for a differenr PCP.
