Secretarial staff, specifically the scheduling secretary for Dr. Becker, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very irate that I missed her call to remind me to send in me retainer fee and also advised me to "learn how to use my voicemail system"! I was so upset by her tone and condescending manner, that I cancelled my appointment with Dr. Becker due to her unprofessionalism. He should very much consider finding staff members who know how to deal with patients who really need his care and medical advice.

What the hey, I was originally going to give 5 star because hes really not that bad to warrant 1 star reviews but then I called after hours expecting to leave a message and some lady answered not knowing anything and told me I couldnt leave a message for the receptionist and really should call back tomorrow. It just reminded me that this wasnt the first time something like that happened here and its really annoying, her whole attitude and lack of expertise.
