Rude as can be! I called in to ask a question about availability of a lab test and the receptionist told me that sh could not help because she had "other patients". She was trying to give me the run around. I told her I would call later with the lab test code but she stated that she was busy and could not help! Please train your employees for better customer service!. I just called to ask a question about availability of a test and ended up feeling like I was asking for an irrational favor from your receptionist! Never again!

I Love the black woman who always does my labs. She is quiet, which may be taken as rude, but she works hard and often good you in when she should be on her break. I work in the Medical Field, I know the stress she goes through. Shes there for a job, and she does it well. She is "to the point," and does TRULY tries to help everyone who comes thru the doors.
