Hello LAB, the phone number on the web site is a joke, long winded and you can not talk to a person. When they say that they will connect you to a person.... you hold for a long time and then they ask for a code. What is up with that. people need a code to speak. Then they hung up on me. I dont even think I could of entered a code that fast. I needed to confirm that my Doctors office has called in my test work order. best you fix it. Thank you but you have not helped me in the least. or have you.

Front desk attendant was unpleasant. I booked an appointment online. There was no call for confirmation or anything. When I arrived, and they did not have orders, she,was very cold. A very unprofessional experience, wouldnt refer them at all.

One of the few places that do drug testing/screening in the area. Usually the reps behind the counter have cocky attitudes when people arrive but once being seen theyre professional. That first impression is odd though.

The lady behind the desk was SUPER rude and cruel. We were only 2 min late to our appointment and she made that VERY clear that we were. Very bad customer service and a VERY long wait for an appointment.
