I have always had great experiences in the past two years I have been using the services of Quest. However the last time I used their services they refused to bill my Secondary Insurance Company which has automatically been done by them and every other medical facility that I have used in the past. They claim that because Medicare did not approve part of the bill they ASSUME that my Secondary Insurance Company will not approve it either. Instead of billing the Insurance COmpany and letting them make the decision, they have made the decision themselves. If they are too lazy to bill my Insurance Companies I refuse to use their services. I do not recommend Quest especially for the elderly.

I went there today at 7:40am full of people in a tiny waiting area with my 14 month old who was really good and never cried and waited over an hour and I drove 40 mins to get theres and when they FINALLY called my name they told they wouldnt see me because I had my baby with me! Really!?! You couldnt tell me that when I checked in? There were no signs anywhere stating no kids allowed. The lady was rude and handed me a sheet of paper that had no children allowed highlighted and turned around and walked off! So RUDE! I work in medical care people in those jobs should be friendly not mean rude witches! They also skipped over one guy not once but 5 times! Terrible service!

Had a professional attitude I suppose. Very businesslikee and I was seen rather quickly with no appointment. But would it kill you guys to smile once in awhile and look people in the eyes and not cut them off when they talk?

Sometimes a wait. Receptionist not very friendly but phlebotomists are always talkative and friendly. They try to answer any questions they can.
