I have been a patient of Dr. Wens for the past couple of months. Went in with some concerns, and was scheduled for tests. Took 4 weeks to get results. When I went in for my follow up I was told that I needed a heart cath. Finally got scheduled for that, which was another 3 weeks out. Nurses never answer their phones, and dont return phone calls. Although I am comfortable with Dr Wen, I am not comfortable with the long length of time it takes to have tests done, and receive results. Shouldnt have to call repeatedly and then be rude to get a response from the office. I am required to show a much higher sense of urgency in my business, and Im not dealing with a persons health and well being!

My wife had an appointment with Dr Lieber (the last doctor she saw) and 11 days later she died. My issue with this doctor is not that but that the Funeral Home had to threaten him with legal action to sign the death certificate (which by law he had already exceeded the timeline) and he finally did. This caused unnecessary pain and stress on our family. The funeral home also said they did not return calls and they called every day.

Our experience here was great and staff was friendly. Both staff and Dr Garcia gave our experience a family touch. We were able to get an Echocardiogram all billed as an office visit and only paid my copay, and not be charged as an outpatient service. Would recommend this facility and cardiologist to others. Dr Raza demonstrates a through commitment to my well being. The review of the tests and the concern for the follow up were extraordinary. I have had the misfortune to move frequently and in doing so have experienced associations with more than a fair amount of Cardiologists and have met met no other Doctor as professional and competent as Dr. Raza.

He was great at explaining the problems I was having and the procedures to help cure and/or prevent these issues.
