Arrived on time for my appointment and even though I told them I had an appointment when I arrived they still took several people without appointments before me and after waiting for over a half hour after my appointment time without them even taking my insurance I went back up and asked how much longer. Not impressed

I hand over my labs and a copy of my confirmed appointment. " oh thats just your appointment...that doesnt matter". I now have to wait 40 minutes to be seen.

Appointment time is of no value. Even with fasting I waited 45 min after appointment time for getting my test done.
