They refuse to answer the phone. Why have a phone if you intend on never answering. The Kiosk used to check in still has issues its not a good system they put it in to cut down on the labor costs eliminating the front desk position which would assist us the consumers with anything we might need. Not a wise idea at all. The application used to check in doesnt give a option about what testing is needed which would save time just in case you need the same sex to do your testing. Instead they just take you back blindly and make you wait even longer than you should have to while they find someone who is willing to perform the test. Usually when youre employed by any company youre there to work. Not the case here. My husband and I went there on 2 separate occasions and each time we both had a problem with the elderly African American women shes very rude /unprofessional and has a attitude which she clearly displays in front of other staff/patients she argues with people regardless of whos there and tries to get out of performing any testing that is required. She even shows her displeasure like some child who doesnt know how to deal with their emotions. I drove out of my way because I thought this location would be faster/professional usually the companies in this area handle their customers with care being a upscale neighborhood. The location on 1919 Northwest Freeway might be busy all the time but the one thing I can count on is the friendliness of the staff, not so at this location. I dont recommend getting any testing by the elderly African American women shes too mean. And clearly doesnt want to be there, I definitely think its time for her to retire. I will not be returning especially since theres is another location less than a mile from my home. Customers beware, unless you like that kind of treatment.

Really bad experience. Went in on Saturday morning and the waiting room was filled to maximum capacity with wall to wall people standing in very small waiting room. Not even a dozen chairs, and over 40+ people jammed in. It was spilled over with people standing outside and others waiting in their cars, periodically coming in to see where they were on the waiting list. They couldnt quote anyone an estimated wait time, even though many asked. Found out from others that were complaining, that they came from other Quest locations because they were closed on a Saturday! Some left after waiting, others just left without even signing in. I was dropped of by metrolift since I am disabled and do not drive. I waited over two and half hours before they got to me. They had the wrong insurance info typed in, even though Im a frequent visitor and they have all my information. When I went into my doctors office several days later, he couldnt do anything, because the lab drew the wrong lab work. Instead of pulling up my doctors order request, they pulled up a previous doctors order request which was already done earlier. Needless to say I have to go back and have my lab work done again! Jeez, talk about incompetence!

I was in and out in 15 minutes for my first visit where they had to enter my information in the system so I imagine future visits will run more like 5 to 10 minutes. The Lady that took care of me was very pleasant to deal with. Now Im sure you see the other reviews saying that they were waiting for hours. These people almost certainly didnt make an appointment. I tried to walk in several times but each time the waiting room was full and I turned around and walked right back out. Fact of the matter is that this is a busy location. When I signed in for my appointed visit the sign in list was about 80% walk ins. Its quite easy to schedule an appointment on Quests website and if you dont feel like scheduling an appointment as I said it is a busy location at all times of the day and you will almost certainly be waiting hours while the staff tries to take care of the 25 other walk ins that came in before you and the people who were wise and made an appointment. 10/10 experience for me. Small wait, lovely staff and fast work.

Service was horrible, I would avoid this location - I came in and they did not have my Dr.s order - gave them his card asked them to contact him and then call me once they had orders so I could come back in . They never called - I went back in a week later - they had orders, but no reason why they did not call me as promised - no I am sorry or we messed up. I asked if they could rush the results since I have appointment in few days and they could not care less - horrible customer service skills - next time I will pick another lab. These people have problems - seemed like no one in charge and no one willing to take any responsibility.

Worst experience. I usually go to labcorp which is good. Why is that when you go to any medical office, there is little to no customer service. Is it because they think you "need to be there" that they dont care? The man working the front was rude and didnt give care about you. The woman who brought me back had me sit in silence and even I had to try and make conversation. You could tell that she didnt want to be there. Just got an uncomfortable feeling about the place. I literally dropped everything and left to go to another quest.

There was an initial Hour long wait. Obviously there was no one besides the front desk attendant on duty when I arrived, although the front desk attendant swore there were other people there. After an hour several other patients arrived in the waiting room and each of them was seen before me. After another 30 minutes I was told I could not be seen that day. Id been there for 2 hours. Avoid this place at all costs, theyre the last people on Earth you should be letting stick needles in your arm.

They do not answer the freaking phone ever---all you get is a recording! I need to know in advance what instructions I need to follow for pre-surgery lab tests that my doctor ordered. Last time I showed up I had to re-schedule because I was told I was supposed to fast beforehand. Wasted time and gas!!! So I have sent them a fax asking them to call me and so far no response. GRADE F!

Horrible! Came here for a Glucose test which involves waiting an hr. Even after telling them about the test while signing in, they made us wait 1 hr. before giving the solution to drink, then another 1 hr. wait...moreover, they are rude...Avoid coming here, if possible.

The staff at this location was very nice but they lost my bloodwork results. I am having to do my testing again. Very unorganized location. Hopefully the other Quest locations are more put together.

New kiosk system lets you know how long before youre seen. Nurse was great! Very friendly, professional and fast! This location seems to have come a long way from all the other comments here.

Fast and friendly. Went in for a CBC. Arrived about 3 p.m. on a Tuesday, waited less than 2 minutes. Clean blood draw, no bruising, almost no pain. Whole thing took less than 10 minutes.
