So I have to say I was more than hesitant to have lab work done here after reading all of the negative reviews. My last experience 8 or so years ago was still on my mind due to how rude and condescending the lab tech was (Binz location). I nearly called my doctor back insisting to have him write the orders for somewhere else, but then decided to give it a try. The waiting area had more than ten people and I was concerned that I would be there forever even though I had an appointment. There was no receptionist as was described in other reviews. Instead there was a computer screen to use to sign in. Within 10 minutes I was called (I was at least 10 minutes early) and the tech (CJ) introduced herself and led me to a clean , well organized private room with a door. I wasnt there for a blood draw and was worried about privacy; thankfully, I need not have worried. She went through all of the instructions with me, carefully labelled each container and explained to me what I needed to do with each one. I left feeling relieved and most impressed. It was probably the most professionally run lab I have ever been to. Obviously many changes have been made, all for the better. I would happily use this lab again

On April 4, 2016, after scheduling an 0700 appointment for routine bloodwork approximately 2 months ago, I arrived just a few minutes before 0700. I signed in and realized there were already about 15 people waiting. I figured that it was Monday, there are some bugs going around, and it would still be quick since the office generally honors appointments before walk ins. By 710, no one had been called back, same at 715 and 720. Finally, at 725, one of the phlebotomists came out to advise us they were in a staff meeting and it would be another 20 minutes. If you are going to have a %*#(@)%& staff meeting, then DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS DURING THAT TIME! People have jobs that they need to be to PROMPTLY, not at the leisure of the Quest Diagnostics Lab when they get done with coffee, donuts, and a staff meeting. Livid is the only word I have and I hope that the rest of the people in the waiting room (after I left, since I do have to go to work) screamed at the staff each time they were called back for their bloodwork.

I feel the need to write a positive review since there are so many negative ones. Make an appointment online beforehand!!! I was out of my car and back in it within 8 minutes. Yes, the waiting room was crowded, but they still honored that I had an appointed and was called within a few minutes of sitting. My flebotomist was very thorough and quick. No fluff, but Im okay with that. She did her job efficiently and most importantly--got that needle out as quickly as possible!

Worst place to get labs done. Made an appointment for a reason, and had to wait an extremely long time to be seen. No one was at the front area and the technicians were coming in and out reading directly from the sign in sheet. Finally had to tell them I had scheduled an appointment since I came during work. Hopefully they dont mess up the lab work, doesnt seem like an organized place.

Im not really one to write reviews but after I saw all the negative feedback I wanted to share my experience as IT IS NOTHING SHORT OF 5 STARS. Ive been going here for monthly checkups and Ive never had to wait much longer than one person in front of me. Also, the technicians are very personable!! Theyve come to remember my weekend plans and other things to make for nice small talk.

DO NOT GET YOUR LABS done here. They have rude tecnicians. The place is filthy and not due to the construction they have going on. There were unprotected instruments in their area where I was. Pretty disgusting. I will advise my dr not to use them.

Second time I went here it was TERRIBLE. The technician was extremely rude. Not only did she have a nasty attitude but she couldnt even wipe the blood left on my babys foot after her shot. Never coming back to this ghetto place.

The staff seems to have been plucked out of a"crack house" or a ditch. No class. No customer service skills and screamed at me because I was upset. They could make a jerry springer reject show with these people

WORST PLACE TO GET LABS DONE!! VERY rude techs.... one of them had the nerve to say "I dont speak Spanish because I do NOT get paid to do so" ...seriously?! All reviews are accurate (very sad to say)
