My son had to have blood drawn by a specific time or his test would be no good. When we walked in, there were a dozen patients sitting in the waiting area, and many said they were there for over an hour. One lady said two hours. There was no one at the window to talk to. There was a sign that politely read "please let the staff know if you are here for a timed test", which we were. I stood at the window and waited with my son. Seven more patients walked in within the next ten minutes. No one came to the window. When I called to tell the doctor that the test would be no good because no one was helping the patients at the lab and we were now 15 minutes away from our deadline of the blood draw, a very rude lady came to the window, barking at patients. She told one that her paperwork cant be placed behind the window. She barked at another who complained about not being able to make an online appointment for her blood draw. The patient told her that their online scheduling sucked, and the employee said that she had nothing to do with it. The patient walked out. When I told the employee that my son had to have his blood drawn right away because of his lab test being timed, she told me that I should have made an appointment. Is this not a walk-in lab and what is the purpose of the sign that was posted to alert them of timed tests? Another patient then got up and marked his name off the list and left. When I complained, she told me to have a nice day, very sarcastically. When she saw that I was going to file a complaint, she called in two patients quickly to the back rooms, one of whom was waiting over two hours. Get REAL, people! These are lives you are messing with. Now we have to get a second prescription of the same test med and try this again a different time frame. Without patients you wouldnt have your lab job. You need classes in customer service!

I only selected one star to write down my horrible experience I took my child today when I was pulled to the back rooms they didnt have his order ready so I was pull to a different room I called my doctor and had them resend the fax with his order I told them that they should have stuff like that ready especially if I had an appointment so one of the girls there I guess got upset on my input and decided to hurt my baby with a huge thicker dirty needle first when she stuck the needle in she kept moving it sideways second the needle didnt even have a container for the blood it was just a plain needle when I requested her to stop because my child was in pain crying desperately I ask the other girl with her if she can please take over and she said I aint doing it so I ask the older lady to please take over so she came in pull out a thin green needle and I ask her why did the first girl used a different needle she ask what needle did she use I pointed at the fat needle she left sitting there and she just turn around and she gave her a look like she couldnt believe she did that and then she turn back around and said dont worry Im going to take care of you now, I will be reporting this tomorrow please do not go to this lab they are extremely rude and dangerous this office needs to be shutdown

They recently screwed the pooch on a fecal sample given to the lab hand delivered by me. I learn today 1/25/16 after they had taken sample placed it on table with Doctors Orders underneath and told "Your Done"! that container wasnt labeled so misplaced sample and that wasnt in their container and now I cant have my Fecal Transplant that I desperately need for the treatment of CDIFF! Supervisor of this Moronic Diagnostit Center Suppose to Call Me About Screw Up and Has Not Thus Far as of 12:52pm after they called me at 10:00am this morning when Doctor Duing Procedure Called Them to Check on My Wifes Sample Given for Analysis! Worst Ever Lab! Do Not Use! They Told Me We Would Have To Give Another Sample in Their Container and Start Over, when the Container that they Recieved was From A Surgical Center was Sterile and placed in Sterile Bag as well as per Instructed by Their Technician over the Phone in URGENCY TO GET IT ANALYZED!

I had the best experience with Candace Krystal and Ebana they treated me and my autistic son like gold. They got us in quickly they drew blood from him all within 10 minutes of my appointment!!! they were amazing I wish more doctors offices and Facilities such as this one followed how these women treated me and my autistic son. They are the best. I want the CEO of Quest to recognize these women as outstanding employees whom really know how to treat their patients!!!! Thanks ladies!!!!

Best advice for these kinds of places: make an appointment. I walked in 5 minutes early, signed in on the iPad, got called back at my appointment time (which was before about 7 people I assume didnt have appointments), had my blood drawn, and was out 15 minutes after I walked in. It was seamless, professional, clean and way more organized than LabCorp (subject of another review). If given a choice Ill definitely return next time.

Terrible experience. I have a big scar on my left arm where they drew my blood which means they didnt do it correctly. I have had blood drawn before at other places with no issues. I just hope that it doesnt turn into something more terrible like an infection or something. The staff who attended me was absolutely cold which is still okay if they would have done their job okay. I am not going to this place again.

Horrendously organized and unprofessional. Waited 2.5 hours, called back for my appointment twice, once in the room sent back twice and they were supposedly busy. NO ONE at reception to answer the phone. I called three time prior to coming, no answer. During my 2.5 hour stay, not once was the receptionist there to answer the phone. This is an atrociously badly run clinic which seriously needs reconsideration.

TERRIBLE customer service. No one ever answers the phone, and youd think you might have better luck sending them an email from the "Contact Us" section of their website but, youd be horribly mistaken. I havent even been to the place because I could never confirm an appointment BUT if the customer service is that bad, I absolutely refuse to let them bring a needle anywhere near me.

Read other reviews, and decided to play it safe and schedule an appointment. I arrived, signed in, and within minutes was taken back. The lady who saw me was SUPER SWEET! She was very attentive and made sure to prove to me that everything was labeled correctly, and handled properly! She even went above and beyond in helping me with a question unrelated to my visit.

This is the second time Ive been to this location. Both times Ive had a long wait & there is nobody at the window to assist you when you arrive. I was there about 18 days ago and my doctor said she has still not received lab results. I just tried to call & the voice message box is full & I could not leave a message. In the future I will go to a different location.
