Disappointed they refused to draw sample as directed by my Mayo Dr order and send prepaid address pack to Rochester, MN. Reasons given: 1. Wed be giving business to a competitor. 2. Their system does not have capacity to charge for the service. On a positive note, Shawnee Mission Hospital Outpatient Lab performed the service for no charge and sent the package same day. Their phlebotomist was professional, courteous and very helpful. This is the kind of Service one finds and not only returns to but recommends to Family and Friends. Angelo was awesome! I brought my two-month-old in to get a CBC and I was so nervous. Angela let me know upfront that if she didnt feel comfortable doing the draw she would refer us to childrens Mercy. After finding a vein in my sons arm She drew the blood with no problems. Shes extremely competent. Will be going here from now on. God bless you and Angela!
