Multiple issues at this place. 1) person who drew my blood was rude to other patients who were waiting. 2) other patients were confused because there are no clear instructions posted, other than to sign in. 3) despite having 2 people waiting after me, a second person that worked there was doing a jigsaw puzzle and ignoring the patients. 4) I didnt know my insurance wouldnt cover one of the many tests ordered, and I received a bill for $400. When I went in for the second part of the test, the lab refused to draw my blood because I couldnt pay the $400 in full. (I take responsibility for my part of this, but that test was for my high risk pregnancy, and they wouldnt even let me make payment arrangements.) 5) the person drawing my blood hit a nerve, causing horrible pain the entirety of the blood draw, and for several days after.

This place is the worst place to go to get blood tests.My docter ordered blood tests,i had the doc fax over the order.The fax machine was broke so they didnt get the order.I went in waited 30 minutes to be told they didnt have the fax.Luckily my docter was right next door so I got the order that way.That wouldnt been the problem but I was told to fast. I went there at 10 oclock was still there at11:30 .I also have diabetes so that didnt help.

Lisa that works here is awesome. I have to get my blood drawn every couple of weeks and she does such a amazing job! I have pretty high anxiety when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and I sometimes get sick and she always takes such great care of me if I do *pass out* on her. That kind of compassion in those situations is so very appreciated!

Took my 13 month old twins to get blood draws. Staff was horribly rude, seemed like they hated their job, were very short and did not once speak to my kids or describe the process. Will never return to this place.

I came in first thing in the morning. I had no wait. The technician was very nice and quick, exactly how you want them to be when taking blood samples.
