Dr. Aryel is hands down the best pediatrician weve ever seen. He listens. He acts. He cares. This man found a diagnosis for something 2 other doctors had blown off for one of my sons, something serious called Kawasaki syndrome, as seen on the tv show Greys Anatomy. For the same son he caught another urgent thing that was so obvious that Im shocked my sons previous two doctors missed it, it was caught during that first exam that requires checking the genitals. For my youngest hes the only doctor who took our concerns seriously about something big that was again blown off by both our previous doctor and the ER, AND that result was there in the ultrasound either of them could have seen had they looked! My sons kidney was in kidney failure! Dr. Aryel even caught a dangerous drug interaction *I* was experiencing when he prescribed the same drug for my child and I asked about side effects and mentioned mine...and he was right. I went straight to my doctor to get the mix up (not my current doctors fault) corrected. Another reviewer mentioned the doctor made them feel uncomfortable with an exam to look at genitals. Thats required, for him to do a FULL exam the first time, it was explained to us. All you have to do is ask, and hell gladly bring a nurse in. My oldest daughter is 16 now and I offered to switch her to a female doctor years ago as she hit puberty. She wont hear of it and intends to see Dr. Aryel until shes no longer able to see a pediatrician. Does he stand close when talking? Yes. Does he walk funny? Yep. Does he have am is sense of humor? Sure does. None of these things impacts his ability to be an amazing doctor.

Very disappointed in this doctor. I took my 8 year old daughter in for a doctors appointment today, upon arriving I explained to the nurses that she doesnt really like doctors and we were hoping this doctor would be really nice. They took her vitals and did all of the routine stuff and it all seemed pretty normal until he told me he had to look at her with her pants and underwear off. He said he needed to make sure that she was growing properly. We were both feeling uncomfortable, when she started to tear up and not want to do it his response to her was "come on, be a big girl" the whole experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, we will be cancelling any further appointments and filing a report. Once he saw how uncomfortable my child was he should have just let it go but he persisted even becoming rude. I understand that doctors sometimes need to do things in their exams that might be uncomfortable however this was a routine normal checkup. His response to my child is what was disturbing to me, I wish she could have just asked me about her growth or waited or even brought a nurse in but he did none of those things.

Dr. Ron Aryel is incompetent and does not understand the CDC vaccination schedule. This doctor is creepy!
