Disrespected and miss guided. Was trying to move my care from modesto to sonara. Three weeks ago they told me would take a while so call back in three weeks. Call back today and sorry...not yet. Even after I reminded them of help for other disability. Called modesto clinic and helped out and even caring. Even after a return call to sonora...the staff said I should have told them to do their job. Ok...I have tbi, ptsd, back damage, memory problems and you want me to do your Job too. No problem...Ill defend our freedoms and treat myself. Modesto I stay.

Im a Vietnam Vet. I went to this clinic on March 6, 2017 because I was having back issues. I live in Columbia, but normally go to the Mather CA facility as I am from Sacramento Originally. I checked in and was called into a side office and was told I would not be seen because I am not one of their patients..... I wasnt aware that vets are limited to the VA facilities they can be seen at. What a joke this place is. Ive had blood drawn there and have had my flu shots there so I AM in their system. Ill die before I go to this place again.

Hes a arrogant jerk. Treats veterans like crap. Was assigned this doctor after our Doctor that we had for more than 10 years transferred to another facility. Both my 100% disabled veteran husband and myself have a lot of medical issues and unfortunately rely on pain medication. One month I had to call PA pharmacy 4 times bc he didnt do his job. Now he is refusing to renew my husbands prescriptions. Why did VA hire this incompetent SOB. Dr. Allen plays God with peoples lives. These veterans deserve better.

Applied for medical card replacement. Last one was stolen with wallet. Was told that it would arrive in 7-10 days. That was over three months ago. Everytime I called, was told that I had to keep calling. Staff would not answer questions nor would they inquire. They were rude, cold, uncaring and unsympathetic. Most of all, they were unhelpful. "way to treat a war veteran who put his life on the line for his country".
