Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a specialist to help choose a health plan. To qualify for Obama care so I wont be fined. Arrived at my appointment one hour ahead of time. Checked with the reception desk and verified. At 7:55 a reception girl came to me at my chair in the lobby. Canceled my appointment to give to an outpatient. Made a complaint with Administration supervisors, they could not verify my appointment. Even thou I made in person an appointment 2 weeks in advance and verified at my arrival. All reception desk personnel were Hispanic, english as a 2nd language. If your white, reverse discrimination is practiced. Your not going to get quality of service, attention to your needs. or a smile or courtesy. My original appointment was given to an illegal undocumented hispanic farm worker. Wasted alot my time, gas money to attend this appointment. If your white and care about your health dont use this hospital. And my records of intent or complaint should not be ignored. No record. Red flag, attention not to have trust in my health.

This is a good place...But one doctor is an ass a jerk.. I pay for my family insurance like $415 a month. So I go in for a check up and instead of getting treated I got mistreated the doctor is being super rude and start yelling at me so I asked the doctor are you okay!! hes like I had It cant take this anymore and he walks out...so my family is moving to a new clinic. I forgot the doctors name he looks like hes from India hes in his early thirties or late thirties and hes very cocky

My mom, dad and I go here and we have had excellent experience here. My mom and I have the same doctor and she is wonderful. I recommend Jennifer Williams to anyone who needs a doctor. I do not remember my dads doctor name but I do know he is a good doctor. When I get his name I will update my post with his name. Oh yeah this doctors office does not do the race game at all. These doctors are here to help you.

I visited the YV tech Yakima Valley Farm Workers clinic. I just wanted to say it was such a pleasant experience. From the receptionist alone to Dr. Thompson and the hygienist as well as the dental assistant. Im exceptionally happy that the opportunity to visit this facility came along. Will be going back! Theyre a great team. Thanks :)

Called a month ago and they said they werent taking any new patients at the moment. They said to call mid feb, just called and said they booked already until next month. Receptionist was rude as hell and hanged up on me before I could schedule an appt.

Had a tooth extracted was given no pain medication or antibiotics and then ended up in the ER a few days later with an infection.
