A little over a year ago a friend referred me to Jackson Creek Dental Group when I needed a root canal. Being it was my very first root canal I was VERY nervous. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with smiles & friendly, confident professionals. My dentist, Dr. Kinzer, listened very thoughtfully to my past dental experiences. The procedure went better than I could have possibly imagined!!! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Amazing. I immediately switched my childrens dental records over to Jackson Creek Dental. My 9 year old & my 13 year old look forward to every visit. An added bonus? My daughter needed orthodontic work & Dr. Kinzer provides that too. I dont have to be referred to several different dental offices to get our work done. Of course like everyone I was then worried about the financial part of it all. Once again I was calmed by the professional staff. All the details were broken down to me & it is something I can easily work with. I really cant say enough about my dental office. I want every single person to go there & experience what I have experienced. Such wonderful people, such quality work. I absolutely LOVE Jackson Creek Dental Group!!!!!

Request for appointment via website sent early friday morning, message received seven minutes before close on a friday, poor treatment of new patients. if this is any indication of what I can expect, no thanks,I will take my business elsewhere.
