I wasnt sure of what to think of them until I went to another local dentist who my doctor recommended, because after I shared with my Doc what "Make a smile" had said she highly recommended getting a second opinion. Now comparing the two, I would NEVER recommend anyone to "Make a Smile". The difference... I took my son to "Make a Smile" two months ago when his tooth decay was minimal, and the estimate for taking care of it, over $2,000 plus two crowns and plus taking him to hospital for "out-patient" surgery. Plus they were insistent on my son getting x-rays for $40, which the doctor did not even look at. How much at place my doc recommended... $132 with their %40 program for people w/o insurance. Plus no putting under, doc will be able to take care of cavities well enough that we can wait til he is older if anymore and can move less if more work needs to be done. Plus they cleaned his teeth (not "make a smile"), gave him a spin brush, a tooth brush, kids floss, a balloon and a small soccer ball. I just can not begin to express the night and day difference between the two places. Make a Smile WAS very friendly and sweet, but when it comes to treatment and my hard earned money, I will just not shell over 2 grand for unneeded work plus 5 grand for a hospital visit. Moral: "Make a smile" - over diagnosis!!! and the DID NOT make me smile. Go to "The Tooth Station" in Folsom. The Doctor is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! so helpful, so personal, and a real desire to make their treatments and plans affordable, especially for those w/o insurance.

04/27/17 - My 3 children ages 12, 8, and 4 enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere at Make a Smile Dental. Me as a mama bear appreciate the kindness and professionalism that the staff and has and treating their kid patients like little people and not little babies. Respect at all levels I love it! --------- 9/2015- Make a smile! My family and I just moved to El Dorado Hills and were exploring different dentists for our family. We found Make a Smile to be our home dentist. It is a clean and Pleasant environment for my 3 kids and the staff provides excellent customer service with a blend of hi-tech and hi-touch (pleasant customer service). Definitely recommend any family looking for an honest dentist to call home - to be open to this one!

I LOVE these guys. The staff was super sweet and REALLY cares about my kiddos. I thought the dentist was kind of conservative in the treatment the recommended, they said that they were going to watch a tooth and normally I thought denists just wanted to jump in there and drill, but they said that they would wait and see. Very nice lady. They are very up front about their policies and I can respect that, as long as they tell me from the beginning and its not a surprise that is not consistent with my expectations. Kids cant stop talking about it

The Best Pediatric Dentist/Staff for Children with Special Needs!!! My daughter has special needs and often as to be put asleep for any procedure. So many doctors would try to have her suffer and stress out through a procedure but thank GOD that Make a Smile Pediatric Dentistry understands parents frustration and our childrens anxiety that they are able to put them to sleep. My daughter now loves going to the Dentist!!!

Make a smile dentists are all very kind and hardworking. They provide a movie from the ceiling to keep the kiddos entertained while the dentists are going to work. Furthermore, the staff is very funny and my children love coming here! No complaining in the car on the way here, all excitement!

Awesome customer services! All the staff members are super friendly and the facility is very clean. Dr. Sabrina is so sweet, very knowledgeable and informative with my kids. Weve been coming to location for 2 years and will continue to do so until my kids are 18 years old.
