Yesterday, my husband and I had an incredible experience at Clark Dental. I am truly amazed at Dr. Clark’s patient and caring practice, particularly in this day and age in which dental care is so often quota driven. I called Clark Dental yesterday morning with an emergency: my husband had developed severe pain during our honeymoon and needed to be seen right away. The office staff were caring and efficient enough to work us into the schedule. Then, when it was determined that my husband needed a root canal, and I pointed out that the wedding and honeymoon had set us back financially, the staff very graciously -without the slightest hint of derision- printed out the costs of the procedure including the exact out-of-pocket expenses after insurance. They even left us alone to discuss our finances. When, ultimately, we determined that we could afford the procedure, Dr. Clark hinted that it might be better for us to schedule the procedure on another date so that there would not be a rush to complete it. We pointed out that my husband was paid by the hour and that missing another day of work after our wedding and honeymoon would really be taxing on our finances. “No problem!” was Dr. Clark’s response and squeezed us in that day - at the expense of his lunch break!!! My husband and I were humbled and extremely grateful for his dedication to his profession and his self-sacrificing compassion for his patients. The procedure went smoothly, the after-procedure care was thorough, and my husband is up and running the day after without pain. Amazing!!!! Thank you, Dr. Clark! You are one in a million!!!

I have to start this review off by saying that I was throughly pleased with this establishment. For starters it has been awhile since Ive been to the dentist for a cleaning, or checkup therefore I was quite nervous. Upon entering this dental office I was immediately greeted by a friendly front desk associate. I am from the South (Georgia) so I am very big on customer service so getting greeted immediately and then spoken to as if they knew me rather than just another patient was not only refreshing but satisfying (dont get great customer service anymore now-a-days). Throughout my cleaning Dr. Kasner and her staff were constantly engaged with me, keeping me informed as to what they were doing (prior to doing) and how everything was looking. The staff tended to my every need ( if I was to hot, or cold, they would adjust) so that I felt comfortable. By the end of my appointment I had a clear idea of what needed to be done in the near/distant future. I was given real advice and information pertaining to my appointment and I was not pressured to make any immediate or drastic decisions. The fear I had of the dental office, I no longer have and I have to thank this wonderful establishment along with its staff. I would highly recommend this office for anyone that needs a cleaning, checkup, or information about the steps needed to take to gain a healthier, brighter smile.

Being new to the area I had to go on line to look for Dentist when a filling fell out. Based on reviews I went to Dr. Clark in El Dorado Hills to get my tooth fixed. Dr. Clark did not do my tooth and I was given to a dentist who had recently joined the practice. The decision was made to put in a crown, which before I left their office paid the balance due. When the took out the temporary and put in the new crown the bonding on an eye tooth broke off. I went to the office and was told this is because the tooth flexes. Funny the bonding on the tooth was done over 4 years ago and I was told should never come off. People in the office are nice and on my way out I did make sure that the receptionist would let Dr. Clark know how I felt. Did not want to see him as I was too upset. So my suggestion is if you decide to go to this practice I would find out who you will be seeing and find out up front if they stand behind their work.

I was recently seen to have my teeth cleaned and Brielle, one of their hygienists, was great! Not to mention the entire staff is so friendly and do a great job of making you feel comfortable. During my cleaning Brielle spotted a cavity in one of my teeth and Dr. Clark came in and checked it out. They made sure before I left to schedule an appointment to come back in and take care of my tooth before it started to bother me. Im thankful they caught the cavity early and Im able to avoid a toothache (those are the worst). Ive had cavities filled with their office before and all procedures have been efficient and effortless.

I have always had a major love hate relationship with dentists as most people do, however finding Dr. Clark upon recommendation from one of my girlfriends has truly changed me experience. The environment of the office and the staff are awesome! I had a tooth ache suddenly become so severe in between cleanings that I found myself crying in pain more than being pain free, and Dr. Clarks staff was amazing in getting me through the toothache till they opened again after the weekend. Would recommend Dr. Clarks practice to everyone! Thank you for helping me keep all my teeth in my mouth!!

Dr. Clark, his assistants, and hygienists are all fantastic and do a superb job. It is always easy to schedule, and the office always has time available for an appointment when I need it. I went in for a whitening, and within thirty minutes my teeth were a full shade lighter. The whitening was simple; it is just a paste they spread across your teeth, and after the time is up all you have to do is brush.

Ive been to a lot of dentist over the years and this place just really jazzes me up. I needed an emergency tooth repair from a boating accident and they were able to see me the next day. They were quick, had great customer service and they even put sports center on for me in the chair. I will definitely return if I lose another tooth. Go Clark dental!

Dr Clark and his staff are the best Ive ever been to. I came in needing a lot of work done and very apprehensive about having it done, but he quickly put that to rest and has taken care of me and my wife exceptionally well. He is the dentist you want to see.
