I went to Dr. Evans to have crown replaced. I was dreading it because past experience with a variety of dentists have taught me it is a long, drawn out, painful process. What a wonderful surprise to finally find a dentist that can do it right! Usually I am in pain for weeks after the procedure, but the next day all I felt was a little soreness in my jaw from having my mouth open for so long--and no pain after that at all. I loved that I could get the finished crown at the time of the appointment and not have to have a temporary, then come back weeks later for the crown--cant beat an all-in-one visit! Besides being very gentle, Dr. Evans is very professional. He takes time to explain what he is doing during the procedure and to check my comfort level. I have since been back for a filling and a cleaning. Each visit has been very positive. If you want a great dental experience (I never thought there was such a thing), this is the place to find it.

After chipping a molar and also needing a cleaning I went in search of dentist in Grass Valley. Dr. Evans and his team are top notch. The staff is amazingly friendly, accommodating and answered all of my many questions with a smile. The facility itself is extremely comfortable, clean and modern. The cleaning and examination was very thorough and all my options for my chipped molar were laid out clearly. What really blew me away was when the front desk staff stopped my cleaning because she couldnt get through to my insurance and she wanted to make sure that I didnt get stuck with a large bill I wasnt expecting. Any dental/medical facility that puts patient before profit is very admirable in my eyes. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Accommodating and Moral! If your looking for a Dentist in the Grass Vally area I would give Dr Evans office a call!

I love Dr. Evans and staff! He has been my dentist for several years now and I have always had a wonderful experience with both Dr. Evans and the entire staff. From my regular check ups and cleanings, a couple of crowns that I had to have done, to my invisalign, I cant say enough about how great everyone has treated me during all my visits. Dr. Evans is a great dentist and uses the latest technology, which is awesome. Each of my crowns were done all in the same day! The office is so pleasant to visit - everyone is very friendly and it is also a lovely, relaxing atmosphere to visit with great music playing while I am having dental work done. Dr. Evans always answers all my questions and communicates in a very warm manner everything that is being done while he is working on my teeth and I really appreciate that.

It is said that the skillful make that which is difficult look easy, but it is the artist that then takes it a step further, making the easy look magically effortless. Dr. Evans and his staff are truly dental artists. Their having combined excellent technical knowledge and skill (by far the most comfortable local anesthesia technique weve ever experienced) with caring, camaraderie and professionalism has allowed us to place our full trust in their hands. The patient is always provided with a detailed scope of work plan wherein his/her input is part of the decision making process. And during the procedure itself, Dr. Evans guides you through each step along the way. The same is true for the dental hygienists and dental assistants. Who could imagine that going to the dentist would be so pleasant?

I went to see Evans for a quote to do the work on a cap. He insisted that I get a gum pocket measurement. I capitulated, even though it was not relevant to my reason being in the office. About half way though, it was so painful (and I have a big tolerance) I asked him to stop. He said "If you do not do what I say then I need you to leave." Not in a kind way.. not offering to use topical pain anesthesia, in fact he yelled at me! Strangest, pushy visit Ive experienced. Seems like a thug with a small man complex, is my final analysis.

Dr. Evans is very much in to preventative care. I went to him after losing a tooth due to another dentists negligence. His training is up to date and his equipment is state of the art. You can watch your crown being made on CNC equipment. How neat is that, a complete crown in ONE visit ! He is very caring, excellent at explaining procedures, options etc. No high pressure sales talk here. I am most impressed by him and his staff. After having been treated by several other dentists i would ONLY recommend Dr. Evans.

I Just had my teeth cleaned by hygienist Esme. I jokingly said she was so thorough that her work borders on Obsessive Compulsiveness. But you know what? thats exactly what I want when it comes to cleaning my teeth. Thank you Esme and blessing on the birth of your baby in about a month!!!! And BTW, Ive been Dr. Evans Patient since he took over Dr. Smiths practice, and not only is he sensitive, skillful and caring, but a very fun guy to be around! I feel well taken care of at his office.

Cant say enough good things about Dr. Evans and his staff. I recently had a crown put on and a filling done, both of which I was dreading. The Doctor did a great job and his assitant was also awesome! I love their updated appointment system which sends me a text reminder or you can get a call. My family and I have been a patients for the past three years and would highly recommned this dental office.

They are a group of kind and caring people who explain everything (from paperwork to procedures) and want to make sure their patients feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Evans and his entire staff are truly the best in the area. Dr. Evans is so precise with his work. Its a good feeling to have work done, hardly feel a thing and have the numbness wear off quickly and not last hours after the treatment is done. The staff has always been incredibly warm and welcoming. Five Stars goes to all areas of this office!
