LISTEN UP EVERYONE. Now that I got your attention, I will say that Dr. Jeffrey Kwong is the best and only orthodontist I have seen. Yes, the only one! Why? Because you cant have a better specialist work on your teeth than Dr. Jeffrey Kwong. I have given him 5 stars but would rather like to have a 6/5 rating because I like it so much... On a more serious note, Dr. Kwong is not only a very experienced professional, but he is also a sincere guy who takes the time to get to know you. He is really nice, and always addresses your questions and concerns with ease. You can have a great conversation with him while he works on your teeth. For example, I love soccer and watching The English Premeir League, and Dr. Kwong knows what Im talking about and can join in on the conversation with his thoughts. I have many friends who have seen him for their dental problems and I can honestly say I have only heard great things from their visit. I would never expect less than that honestly, as you can be sure to receive miraculous hospitality when you get your check ups!! Going to his office is more of a pleasure then responsibility. You are greeted with a smile and are treated exceptionally well! If you still have doubts, let me ease your tension by moreover saying the process of examinations are quick, easy and painless. I have always been in and out at his office and HAVE NEVER experienced long waits. Please choose Dr. Jeffrey Kwong as your orthodontist.

I can confidently say that Dr. Kwong is one of the most personable professionals I have ever dealt with. Ive had braces for nearly four years and while I wasnt responsible with them, Dr. Kwong accommodated for me nicely. When I would always forget to wear my bands, Kwong suggested putting springs in which worked well for me. When I came in, I used to have very irregular teeth (some teeth were pointed inward at about 45 degrees) and a bad overbite, now my teeth are straight and sit correctly. While braces can be painful at times, Kwong can always put a smile on your face. Im known for my love of 80s films and music, and when I had my braces taken off the staff put a party together. That made my day. He also gave great advice when I asked him about authentic Chinese restaurants around here, and even helped accommodate for my familys financial troubles when my Dad lost his job. Overall, Im extremely pleased with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone looking for braces or Invisilign or any other teeth placement correction service!

I have known Dr. Kwong for a while now. I had the privilege of knowing Dr. Kwong in early 2008, when I was in need of some braces for my teeth. Dr. Kwong welcomed me in open arms and I knew that he was the right orthodontist for me. In 2011, my braces came off and we pretty much went our separate ways. I am writing this review because this past Christmas 2015, my retainer broke. I wasnt sure what to do, but Dr. Kwong was the first person I contacted. After explaining my situation, Dr. Kwong invited me to his office and with no hesitation, he was there to help me. To have a doctor like Dr. Kwong is indescribable. His passion for helping others is immeasurable, and his ability to engage with his patients are unique. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Kwong to anyone in need of dental/orthodontic work! Not only is his staff awesome, but Dr. Kwong is a specialist at what he does.

Dr. Kwong has treated 3 different members of my family: two with braces (my daughter and son) and myself with Invasalign. He did a great job for us all the way around. Im happy with how the kids teeth turned out and happy with how my own teeth turned out as well. The office staff are friendly and professional and Dr. Kwong himself is very much the same way. Even though the office is for the most part designed to be friendly and welcoming for kids, I never felt funny about visiting as I never felt like the office couldnt shift out of kid mode and into adult mode to talk to me and make me feel comfortable too. If you need to seek orthodontic treatment for kids or for an adult, I have no reservations recommending Dr. Kwong as I have had the opportunity to be a customer for both from him.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Kwong and I couldnt be happier! I felt compelled to write a review to recognize Dr. Kwong and his staff for their professionalism and kindness. Dr. Kwong is extremely knowledgeable and easy to approach. As an adult embarking on this journey, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Dr. Kwong was warm and genuine, he took the time to address all of my concerns patiently, making me feel very comfortable every step of the way. Their office is very clean, newly renovated and equipped with the most up to date technology. You are in the best hands with Dr. Jeffrey Kwong and Im sure you will be as pleased with your results as I am. I have had so many compliments on my teeth and smile since I had my invisalign removed. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Kwong who provided extraordinary care to both of my sons. He is professional, compassionate, personable, and so kind. Dr. Kwong was always genuine in his interest about my sons educational plans and hobbies (soccer). As a nurse, I appreciated that he included them in the discussions about their own dental health. I am especially grateful for the patience he had with my eldest son who has a sensitive gag reflex. When it came time to obtain impressions, Dr. Kwong explained the process, allowed enough time for second (and third!) tries, and took extra measures to ensure a successful outcome. We are very pleased with the results, and equally with the whole experience. Thank you, Dr. Kwong! We hope we bump into you around town!

I went to Dr.Kwongs practice for a consult recently. I found the place to be very cozy and welcoming. The staff were great, very knowledgeable and most importantly helpful. One of the most impressive things to me was that during the consult Dr.Kwong took his time to full examine me and explain what the situation was, and most importantly what my options were. This made me feel at ease, being better informed, and understanding what my options were and what the expected outcome for each would be, and what I would expect to pay for these services, which is always the scary part for me. I left feeling very satisfied and confident with Dr.Kwong and his team. I equate this to finding a mechanic you can trust! Which is very hard to come by.

Ok, so I may have missed the braces bus when I was a youth (a yout -- say like Vinny on My Cousin Vinny), but better late than never! In fact, I think the reason I put off getting braces was because I was waiting for Dr. Kwong and his awesome, lovely, efficient and flexible staff. If you are searching for an impeccable result in a short amount of time for adult braces or invisalign, this is the place to go. I got a beautiful, affordable, smile, (monthly payments are totally reasonable) with almost no collapse of upper lip (that can happen!) Where before I had to open doors all by myself (gasp) now they all open magically as Im walking in with just a flash of my new smile! Look mom, no hands! Plus... Dr. Kwong is hip. :)
