Our family has been seeing Dr. James Cope since 2003. We have stayed because they are simply the best at what they do. The entire office staff cares, and is conscientious. I look forward to my biannual teeth cleanings each year. It really is a treat for me, because they do such a great job. My kids were seeing a pediatric dentist for a couple years, but Ive moved them back because the hygienists at Dr. Cope clean teeth 100x better. I love Dr. Copes hygienists. Dr. Cope has proven time and time again that were not just patients, were part of their family. Its very unique to find a Dr who sincerely cares about your well-being and thinks of ways to make your entire situation better. Two events I remember that really have made an impact on me. Once I was there for an appointment - and he had another patient who was in due to an emergency, that he couldnt have anticipated. I waited for about an hour and half, and to apologize he sent me home with a brand new sonicare. He didnt need to do that, but he wanted to show he appreciated my time. Another time, before I had my wisdom teeth out, he gave me a waterpik because he wanted to make sure I was able to clean up that area before my surgery, and after. It was incredibly thoughtful, and it showed me how Dr. Cope always goes the extra mile. Im grateful for my friends who recommended Dr. Cope to our family when we moved to the area in 2003. Best decision ever.

Well for starters you should know I am terrified of Dentist! I get nauseous just thinking about going. I didnt go until I had too; meaning I waited to long and was in a lot of pain. After all the fear was relieved, and things progressed, I actually fell asleep in the chair a few times. That should tell you how easy, painless and professional it was. I was in a lot of pain, and the Dr. took his time to explain everything so I wouldnt panic. I left thinking it was over but NOPE, they followed up and made sure I was ok several times after. WOW WOW WOW!!!! Who does that???? They do at El Dorado Hills Dental, thats who!!!! I am excited to have a new home to get the work done that I have been neglecting out of fear and look forward to the smiles and professional service in the future!!

My most recent visit to El Dorado Hills Dental was for a dental implant, needless to say I was pretty nervous but from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and the entire office was set in motion to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. The quality of care and the knowledge of Dr. Ben and his team was amazing. Using all the high tech equipment, at no additional cost to me, ensured that the implant was perfect made me feel like I was in good hands. The procedure was painless and thats because these people know what theyre doing and they care.

I moved here recently and am so happy to have found this dental office. The entire staff is friendly and extremely professional. The hygienist and dentist are prompt with appointments. Ive had 2 appointments so far and they did not keep me waiting. They seem very skilled and It certainly looks like they use the latest technology. I have complete confidence in them.
