Never wrote a google review before, but this one is necessary! My boyfriend and I were traveling the northwest national parks when in Idaho I was struck by the most extreme relentless tooth pain Ive ever encountered. Uninsured and without a dentist for my adult life, the emergency left us scrambling for options. Ive always been wary about doctors, dentists, etc and never had found one I would stick with... Boyfriends mother in Ripon recommended her dentist (Tana) and we made the mad dash. (in the end, BEST decision) Despite the fact I am uninsured and from out of town, Tanas office was able to see me the day after contacting her. Entering the building I found myself in a very calm and friendly environment. Everyone is down-to-earth and real with you. I was examined and given my options (root canal or tooth pull) and, being very unsure, asked a lot of questions which were all thoroughly answered with professionalism but also understanding/compassion. I was given the time I needed to make my ultimate decision (to pull it), never feeling rushed. Felt no pain as the tooth was pulled. Tana was comforting throughout the process, as I was initially nervous, was careful and demonstrated great skill. If ever I need a dentist again, I hope to be in or around california, because I will come back to Tana. My dentist experience was that good. Never thought Id say that haha. Tana has a wonderful team! Oh yeah... I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable price.

Dr. Henderson has been our dentist since moving to California in 2001. We chose her because of the proximity to where we taught. When her office moved to Ripon (we live in Stockton), we didnt hesitate concerning the distance - we found an excellent dentist and we were going to keep her. Excellent, friendly staff, great care, we love her.

I have never experienced a bad visit when going to see Dr. Tana. From the time I enter until I leave, I am greeted and treated as if I am the most important patient. The upbeat attitudes of the staff create a friendly nonthreatening atmosphere. It might sound crazy, but I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of Dr. Tana!
