Why are people giving this dentistry 4-5 stars! If I had an option to choose NO stars, I would! I had several horrible experiences at this place. The first time i got my filling done, the dentist was flirting with his assistant while working on my teeth. He wasnt focused enough to get rid of the excess filling, so I was getting food stuck in between the filling. I could feel the excess filling with my tongue, and I know fillings arent suppose to do that. They "tried" to fix the problem, but they were too lazy to get all the excess filling the second time. I had to go back a third time to get the excess filling done and when I tried to explain that to some of the employees, they gave me the worst attitude and tried to blame me for the problem. The third attempt on fixing the filling, Dr. Ricky said it was an dead tooth and I needed a root canal. It wasnt dead when I got my filling done at the beginning. They had to do a root canal on my infected tooth. Dr. Ricky had to perform 3 root canals (which cost out of pocket $1000) and he couldnt make it "pretty" enough, so he told me to go to a specialist (which my insurance wont cover and the specialist cost double than the root canal). My husband had a bad experience too. Plus they charge a lot more than other dentistry. They only think about money in their pocket. My friend told me to go to Gotta Smile in Stockton because they have a specialist at the dentistry with no additional charges. I only had to pay $500 instead of $1000 or $2000.

“I can’t speak for U.S. dentists but I get the impression that most U.K. dentists do not work with their patients in a full Trendelenburg position. There are several experts on ergonomic working who will encourage dentists to work with the patient lying flat but not full Trendelenburg. The full position tends to be uncomfortable after about a minute or so. Modern chairs are very adjustable and allow virtually unlimited positions. One can get a head down without feet up position by having the chair horizontal but the neck support dropped or tilted down.” (Lincoln Hirst, BDS) The reason why my 5 year old son will no longer be going here anymore. After being placed in full trendelenburg on the reclining dental chair and lifted above 16 inches off the ground he wasnt having it. Within minutes dentist states "send him to peds." I thought he specialize in peds? I got referral to another place handed to me by the assistant. Hope this helps any parent who dont want their child placed in trendelenburg.

I confirmed with their Dale Rd. office that my insurance covered preventative care 100%, zero co-pay, prior to scheduling visits for my son and I. RE-confirmed at visits. Demands for payment stared immediately and lasted two months. Had to call principle owner to end it. I was told my son badly needed braces. On previous dentist visit I was told he was fortunate to have such beautiful teeth. I declined braces. Guilt trip used on me. I began receiving letters and pushy phone calls to schedule orthodontic appointment. That ended when I said I was seeking second opinion. A thorough examination at another business could find no reason for braces or fillings.

My elderly mother recently completed a series of complex dental treatments with Dr Wong at Quality Dentistry. He was great! Mom felt comfortable during the procedures and appreciated the careful explanations and follow-up. As a nurse I really appreciate the importance of oral/dental health for maintaining optimal nutrition in geriatrics. Dr Wong was skilled, knowledgeable, and respectful of her special needs. I can happily recommend his services. As an added bonus--the practice is very well managed, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I looked for good dentist for almost 2 years after moving back to the area, I finally found one at Quality Dentists!! The staff and dentist were awesome and super nice! The office is in a convenient location, clean and if your cold they will offer you a blanket. I highly recommend the Dale office.

Dr. Rickey and his staff are amazing. I have also seen some of their associate doctors as well, they are all awesome. I have had many procedures and regular check ups at this location, I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, adults and children alike!
