From the time you walk in, until the time you walk out, you feel as though you are ruining their day. Front desk is extremely and not helpful or friendly. My son had to use the restroom and he was told it was out of order. They did not give us the option of using the employee bathroom. The doctor has the same bad attitude as his staff and he didnt even introduce himself before he started the exam. The staff that helps with the glasses are also put out by having to help a customer. My son changed his mind on getting contacts and we asked to go ahead with the contact fitting and I was told the doctor had left for the day at 10:30 am on a Friday. The staff and doctor are unprofessional and rude. If my insurance did not require that I use this awful place, I would never go there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you can.

I was out of town and forgot my contacts. I called their office to get a copy of my prescription and was told that the manager was busy and that it might take a few hours. A few hours later I called back and explained my situation and asked if receiving my prescription could be made a priority. I was told that it could not be and that it would probably not be until the next day that I received the prescription. I do not understand why something that should take a few minutes to accomplish could not have been done in a reasonable amount of time. It would have been a huge positive impact for me to have received a copy of my prescription in a timely manner. I will never revisit this office and will strongly encourage others to do the same.

ive been coming here since I was 12. Service has been just as rude then as it is now. The ladies on the phone are always rude and unhelpful as well as at the dont desk. Ive been to almost all of the doctors working here and none of them are that kind either. Need to find a new place to go. Everyone looks and acts unhappy to be working here or servicing the customers.

I called at 4:54pm to schedule an eye exam. Lady in office answered and asked if Id been there before. I said no. She said hold on then hung up on me. I called back and got the answering service now saying the office is now closed for the day. They close at 5pm.

As good as any doctor Ive been to. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is that it is always busy and crowded. Personally, I see that as a sign of success, but they need a better waiting area.

Front and Doctors are not kind and welcoming I felt uncomfortable here on yesterday and one of the front staff looked at me my daughter with the strangest look

Get your front counter and back counter on the same page. One says to sign in the other says not too. Too slow and rude!

Food Stamps

They dont have a lab so you have to wait weeks to get a pair of glasses. They dont have a wide variety of Oakley frames.
