The exam was great and Dr. Cohen explained everything he was doing. I did reschedule a couple times before my appt and his office was more than accommodating. However, he does a retinal imaging exam that is not covered by your insurance that costs $70. As a new patient this was not explained to me when I made my appt. After speaking to his office on numerous occasions (to reschedule my appt.) not once was I informed of this. When it was time for payment I was explained that he always does the procedure and because it had already been performed I would have to pay the additional $70 or it would be sent to collections. I was very disappointed by the lack of organization of his office staff. Although, I did enjoy the eye exam and Dr. Cohen is one of the best eye doctors Ive been to I will not be returning to his office. The front office is the first point of contact between the patient and doctor and unfortunately their representation of cohen eye associates was a poor one.

I have been Dr. Cohens patient since 2005. Ive worn glasses then contacts since childhood. He is the first and only doctor whom I truly trust to take care of not only my eyes, but me as well. He gives you his full attention and his examination equipment is state of the art! This equipment is designed to calculate your vision and all you have to do is confirm what he already knows from the data. I have been so happy with him for years and always leave with a smile. If youre searching for a well informed, first class, leading and well respected Optometrist, hes your doctor. The visit is not the cheapest out there, but from my perspective, I dont look for low cost when it comes to my vision. I am grateful to be able to see and Dr. Cohen is a huge part of that. And his staff is super professional and friendly!

Dr. Cohen has been our family ophthalmologist for 5 years and counting. I started as the family new doctor tester and was highly impress with Dr. Cohen and staff. His office is extremely clean with zero excessive usage makings which means they pay attention to every details. The staff is very professional and extremely helpful in your every need. The quality of care you receive is impeccable and you would not need to look for another ophthalmologist. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Cohens for about 20 years. I would not consider entrusting my vision to anyone else. Dr Cohen spends the money to attend the top seminars every year and he buys the absolute best diagnostic equipment and updates it frequently. Obviously, he cannot be inexpensive but he is worth every penny and more. I never miss an opportunity to refer my friends to him.

Dr. Cohen is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He takes the time necessary with each patient to give a full exam and determine the prescription needed. The office staff is friendly and very helpful.
