Today we returned to have my sons eyes rechecked because his glasses hurt his eyes. Saneetra the Technician was very kind and helpful she went above and beyond to get the correct diagnosis for my sons eyes. The prescription that was given the first time was extremely high and because of her dedication to her job Romello was able to get the correct diagnosis and the right prescription for his glasses. Kodos to you Saneetra. Because of you I will come back again and would recommend Houston Eye Doctor to my friends and Family. You are a GREAT ASSET to this Optometrist. Thank you so much

Very updated equipment and clean place with everyone there starting from the front desk, the techs and the doctor are very nice and welcoming. They will work with you to give you a fast and convenient appointment for you. The techs and doctors are very good with kids. Fred was very funny and patient with my kids. He made my little ones 1st visit a fun one. My kids also enjoyed picking their glasses with Richard, he helped them picked the perfect frames for them. Happy to recommend this place to every body.

Ive been going to this location since Dr. Sortin was the doctor/owner of this office and let me say that Dr. Mordi is just as wonderful, if not more so! He has completely upgraded the office into a modern, contemporary space which, thanks to the employees, maintains its family atmosphere. Speaking of the staff, they are very thorough and knowledgeable and provide top-notch customer service. I get email reminders about upcoming appointments, deals and even a happy birthday every year! I love this place!

In and out in less than an hour. Very professional setting and diverse. Love the ambiance in this place with everyone so happy to serve the needs of the customer. My son was happy with the selection offered to him and even told people about his encounter there. Awesome. We will definitely be back in a year. P.S. Today was my first visit and I almost got discouraged about continuing to come to this location because of the wait. I quickly learned today just happened to be a busy one. The customer service was awesome and definitely made me want to come back. Fred is exceptional and I wish I wouldve gotten the name of the other gentleman who did some of my testing. The doctor was very thorough and the establishment was very clean and professional. The front desk is friendly as well. Thumbs up!

Saneetra was my daughters technician for her eye exam on June 6, 2017. She made it very easy for SaMya to relax. She talked with her about the up coming school year. Giving her some very motivating and encouraging advice about school. As a mother I am truly thankful for the words of encouragement. SaMya is very nervous about going into the 9th grade. I really enjoyed my office visit from the beginning until the end. The staff is awesome. This is by far the best eye doctor I have ever seen. I had to have several test done and all the technology needed was there. During the little time that I had to wait I was entertained by picking my own movie on Netflix. It was an enjoyable experience once again the staff and the Doctor are just awesome!!!

Dr. Chike and his clinical staff are professional and courteous in the delivery of service. I needed to check my vision due to difficulties I was having with reading, and insight vision was able to provide the much needed service. They conducted the appropriate tests, and prescribed the right pair of glasses . Dr. Chike and his staff are professional, polite, and dependable.

They were so awesome, really friendly! Great with kids too. I came with an invalid foot and the receptionist took it onto herself to walk around and bring me papers I had to sign. Everything was in a great timely manner and the technicians know exactly what theyre doing and how to help you achieve a great experience.

Friendly smiling staff greeted immediately upon entrance. Process insurance in timely manner. Schedule was a quick process. They were very patience with me, especially when I was on the phone collecting my insurance info. Doctor was informative, and got me the right prescription immediately

The wait is a bit, bit they are open late and I scheduled an appointment same day at almost 5pm. Staff is friendly and while trying the glasses on, I was given recommendations and feedback. Ended up choosing a pair I probably would have never hosed for myself, by at the same time love.
