For years I was so sick and suffered from a heap of health problems including joint pain, stomach issues, allergies and severe menstrual pain. I bounced from doctor to doctor and I felt like they all thought I was crazy. All of them wanted to put me on medication and then seemed mad at me when I would return to their office and say it didnt work. I was in and out of the orthopedics office with different joint pain. Every time, I was told i was extremely inflamed and I had tendinitis. I went 2 months without being able to bend a finger on my right hand because the inflammation was so bad. I spent several months with a boot on my left foot because I had tendinitis so badly. I started my own research and began eating healthy. That helped A LOT but everything I read suggested something different. I knew I needed a doctor who was willing to try to treat me with diet. I am so lucky I found Dr. Buchert. She drew up labs and really dug into my health. She did exploratory surgery to rule out an illness I was told I had by other doctors. It turns out I didnt have it! I have only been working with Dr. Buchert and her team for about three months and I can honestly say they have changed my life. If you are willing to put in the work, you will not regret it.

Cant leave a review of the doctor because they refuse to see me since my husband wont be able to attend the consultation. Ive had a lot of hormonal issues over this past year since my daughter was born and need someone to help me find the root cause and a solution. Everyone raves about this clinic, but yet I cant get in to see them. I spent hours filling out their forms and watching the video required before you can even make an appointment, and Im now told they wont make an appointment for me if my husband cant come. Sorry, but we wont be able to coordinate our schedules for an appointment at this time. The lady at the office made it sound like that was the only option. Edited to say, Im thankful for the quick response from the clinic and also the phone call. I wasnt thrilled with the scheduling person on the phone, but the Dr. seems to be nice. Hoping we can work something out so I can get in to see her soon. I updated my rating to 3 stars for now - will update once Im able to get in to see her.

I love Dr. Buchert but also have to give a shout out to MINT health as an office. This place is clearly not just a doctor’s office. MINT is a refreshing experience from the waiting room to the great staff and I am thrilled to have found Dr. Buchert. Finding a Functional Medicine doctor who is also an OBGYN and has really helped me figure out the core issue of a problem that has plagued me for years. The path might not be easy but is totally worth it!!

Dr. Buchert is trying hard to get all her patients to have a healthier life style which supports everything including a healthy pregnancy and labor experience. To me that s more important than being a bubbly doctor who only tells you things you want to hear. We need doctors to be honest and caring based on their knowledge. Thats exactly who Dr. Buchert is.

I absolutely love Mint Health and Dr Buchert! I had so many questions about my cycle and birth control options and she not only helped me figure out what was best for me but also told me about certain foods that impact a healthy cycle! So happy to be a patient here!
