My situation forced me to live there for over a year. So, it is my very well informed opinion that this place is an absolute dump run by an uncaring, maniacal, and what one would almost have to call a cruel administrative staff. Some of the nurses and CNAs are decent people, but they are so overworked and under appreciated that any degree of individualized attention is next to impossible and very rarely forthcoming. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS PLACE!!

Premier Estates is one of the best facilities there is! The staff are motivated and caring. They not only want you to feel welcome and at home. They want to help you reach your fullest potential and succeed. Whether it be for rehabilitation or long term care, I highly recommend this facility. From the administration, to the top notch nursing care and rehabilitation this is the place to be.
