I have been going to this clinic for quite some time now; three years tops. My experience at this clinic have been good and bad, but mostly fair. The time frame for waiting especially if you make it to your apt on time has improved for me. Now, when it comes to see the provider, the time frame that is very slow. I have waited 45 mins to see my dr in regards to something minor . Far as with lab work, one time I waited again 45 mins or longer to get lab work done. Lol. I guess they forgot about me. I do think that more improvement is needed. Yes, some staff members can be a little unprofessional, but depends on the person, sometimes they have their good and bad days. As of now, today I have an apt for a follow up, so far so good on timing, and have not waited long since I got here at 3:35pm. However, my apt was for 3:45pm; and did not get called to the back until 3:59pm . I was seen by the dr around 4:11pm. Overrall, not bad for me so far as of yet.

Im sorry, I have been to this place almost 10 times. Each time is a nightmare that steadily gets worse. This place is the most backwards, disorganized doctors office I have ever been to. The people are rude. It takes over a month to get an appointment and once you are there you wait hours to see a doctor. The people running the place have no clue what is going on and will make up anything on the spot so they wont have to deal with you. They have never NOT screwed up anything we have gotten done there. From teeth to paper work. And no one is willing to listen or help you fix the problems THEY caused. They will flat out lie to you and when you catch them on it they become rude and try to run you off. This has not happened once or twice. This has happened with different people EVERYTIME I go. The doctors are nice but getting in to see them is so much trouble it is not worth it. AND THIS IS WITH INSURANCE!

These people are the worst bottom of the barrel facility masquerading as a health clinic. I went there for a dental problem, $180 and 4 appointments later and I still have the same problem because they keep charging for unnecessary procedures instead of addressing the problem . The staff is unprofessional and incompetent. I am still having pain from a tooth cleaning. They are constantly changing the prices. They schedule unnecessary appointments. Anything to get you to pay more money. When you challenge their fraudulent practices, they get rude, hostile and belligerent. They lie, they cheat and they steal. File a complaint with the AGs office if they have harmed you or cheated you. Like the previous poster said, Please avoid them at all cost. Somebody really should investigate this place!!! Still fuming.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 2:30. Finally at 4:00 I was called to the patient room. I did not leave until after 6:00. I paid for my doctors visit before they would see me. They checked with my insurance and found out that my payment would finish covering my deductible. Three months later they still have not processed my claim, and now I have a bill for payment to another health provider that should have been for my co-pay. Instead I was billed for much more than my co-pay. I will never go back to Capitol City Family Health Center since this is the way they treat their patients.

I whole-heartedly agree with the previous posts about this facility. It is an all day event. Hours of waiting. It feels very poorly run and ill-managed. I have never seen the same person twice and never have I felt the person attending me knew what they were doing. They almost always seemed more interested in each other than the patients. I have seen a doctor once in the half a dozen times I have been there. And it is not cheap. Stay away.

It wasnt so bad like the reviews make it. Id admit that the receptionists are unprofessional. I mean, I didnt even get my "New Patient" form until, like, 30 minutes later. BUT you wont be disappointed once get to the back. Well, I guess it just depends on what doctor you see, but all doctors looked nice at a glance.

You will DIE waiting in the waiting room...times when NO ONE is there you still sit and wait for HOURS...Def not a recommend to anyone who is in search of a Good clinic....or sick in any type of way..Needs to be better organized..Ghetto service...sad sad sad....Your better off just going to the Hospital...

This place is terrible one of the receptionists is very rude and the others act like they dont care. They sit and chitchat all day. The service is slow even if you show up to your appointment on time youll be waiting an hour before you get called. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Whats the point in making an appointment if they cant make it. Appointment was for 9:30 it is now 11:00 and Im still waiting. I do not recommend, go to a hospital or another clinic. I should have listened to the reviews but noooo I wanted to give them a chance. My mistake.

Only a few friendly nurses. Even with an appointment youll be there all day so dont make plans. Some real dumb ass rude people. Work here. Too busy play in around and on the phone instead of workin. Then when approached they want to have an attitude. Gate way to hell!

This clinic use to be on Gus young and was fast and i liked it, now they gotten worse every time I come here. You schedule a appointment and you are still waiting!!! I advise you to somewhere else..B.R. Health Unit is a little better than them.

NEVER again..I paid for many unnecessary procedures during my visit and was not pleased the service. Its all a SCAM. I advise you to do your research beforehand
