You wait a minimum of 4 hours per visit only to be seen for 15 minutes, they dont give you adequate information, nor do they give proper check ups, you cant eat in the office (pregnant and not able to eat for 4 hours), children arent allowed, the staff members are rude, their "emergency nurse number" just sends you back to the automated menu, when you decide to switch clinics (you will) they will have you sign release documents, you go to your New Patient appointment at your New clinic and they tell you "they havent sent your medical records", you call them to say you need them to release the records for which you signed for, they will tell you "We dont have your signature on file", you will have to go back to sign release papers once again and to be safe, also get a physical copy. DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT... DO NOT GO HERE Any positive posts about this clinic is a crock of sh*!. It needs a complete turnover or shut down

Probably one of THE best experiences Ive ever had at a clinic of this nature! Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional and I didnt walk away feeling like I shouldnt have gone to them. My wait to be seen was short, I didnt wait long at all for the ultrasound or x-rays I needed and the results were given to me almost immediately and my prescription was immediately called in to my pharmacy before I even left the clinic! In short, this place was over and above what I had hoped it would be!

Horrible service, arrived 9:45am still havent seen doctor at 2:30pm when at 11:45 we were told 2 people in front of you. Nurses walking around lobby, going outside to smoke. Nurse practitioner cant write the prescriptions my wife has been getting for months because her supervising doctor is not here today (and is never here when we come for appointments) anyone who says they got good service here is a liar and probably works for the clinic

Dr. Clark is the worst doctor my daughter has ever seen. He refused to take into consideration the chronic pain she has been in since 2005, due to a devastating accident, in which she almost died. Very disgusted and aggravated with the system. Another doctor which she had been seeing was wonderful and at another location. That doctor is no longer affiliated with LSU health systems.

I have never been to this clinic but when I called to ask for directions the receptionist was extremely rude. I asked for a nearby location she hung up in my face as I was speaking. I never understand why people feel the need to take their anger out on patients/potential patients; if u hate your job do yourself and others a favor....quit!

The Urgent Care receptionist is really rude, I came in Sunday night around 10:30 and they were just awful. Like I understand that its late and you guys may be tired but if you know you have to work a late shift common sense would be to rest before coming in.

Good service and Ms.Kathryn Freeman took real good care of me. I was so scared to go at first but im glad i did. She was very patient, understanding, polite, and professional. She took her time and didnt rush the procedure.. Again thank you so much!!
