worst service ever they rushed me out and then when I tried to tell my doctor about my head aces he just seed we will talk about it next time and it would take 2weeks to get another appointment witch is pointless when it took me 2 weeks to even be seen in the first place. I was waiting for the doctor longer then he actually seen me WOSRST SEVICE I HAVE EVER HAD I HAD TO END UP BEING SEEN IN THE EMRGCY ROOM BECUSE THEY ARE SO STUPID DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS JUST A SCAME FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Find another place unless you have absolutely no chosen alternative! If I could give them a "0" I would! The nurse practitioner, I saw, was the rudest white women I ever meet! I was having asthma trouble a while back and had to wait two weeks to see someone and the only reason I chose this place was because GEHA said it was only a two week wait. WHAT A JOKE! She is the reason I dont go to the doctors unless I have to!

This place is affordable, that is for sure. BUT their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Every time I go in there I feel like Im being treated like I am an annoyance and a burden to these people. Bottom line:if you cant afford a regular doc, go here. But, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and you pay almost nothing and get almost nothing in return at the Peoples clinic.

Fantastic place. Although I agree with the other reviewer about the Peoples Clinic - that was awful - now they are in a new location closer to Valmont and Broadway. I just cant say enough about how I am treated. They let me know when the doctor will be late, return my calls, are polite. Everything the Peoples Clinic wasnt. Much better service than my private doctor for sure.

Dont try to get through on the phone - they are away at lunch for HOURS (even after 2 pm) or the hold times are 10+ minutes just to get hung up on. Not a happy parent. I like my sons doctor! And his nurse team. We have been going here for 13 years! Now I am going to have to take him somewhere else. The service has gotten that terrible. They NEED someone to manage the volume!

Worst staff I have ever interacted with. The only person that I would rate 5 stars was the doctor whos not even my primary physician. Everyone is rude and unprofessional... eating and phone use at the check in tables. The pharmacy staff is rude as well. They treat people like were all less. They also speak poorly of patients in front of other patients.

I had a good experience for 2 years but now I had the worst experience they switch my appointment without telling me, and they want me to do what ever they want to , its not how it works its my decision, Rachel from team red its the worse shes so rude she left the room without telling me anything not even a "youre all set"

Whatever you do, stay away from this place, this people will have you wait for hours to see you when you are already in a room... my wife had all the symtoms for preclamsia and and the are just chatting away about the stupid broncos game. So incosiderate and so non profesional.

I have had to wait a couple of times but I have been coming here for years and I have always gotten the best from them. They see 1000s of people a week, they have got to be stressed and tired. They take a lot of abuse from people, so I refuse to be one of those people.
