I went here because my work uses them, and Dr. Glen had been amazing during one of my visits. I saw dr. byrd, she told me that prednisone is a "placebo" and that there are many studies done on how it does not work for inflammation. She also stated I was "too young" to have degenerative disc disease, or arthritis. She sent me home with instructions to stretch and do pilates. I get a call from the front desk today asking how I am, and I laid it on them that I was dismissed and honestly felt disrespected by this doctor. I said I would be more than happy to bring my labs to them so they know that I am not lying, and that its not just in my head. Sarah F. the operations manager took the time out of her day to listen to me, and tell me yes it was wrong of what she did. I give this place the rating of three stars because it is so close to home, and if you have an emergency the hospital is across the street. Also, please please please let Sarah know if you are not cared for properly. She will take it seriously. EDIT: DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Byrd was on call again and I cam in looking for a doctors notes stating I had fly like symptoms. Well, she does an exam on me (while I had a chaperone in the room this time) and I still felt dismissed. She never ONCE told me what my diagnoses was. I had to find out from the doctors note she wrote me. When I told her certain over the counter medications she recommended did not work she was like well "just dont take them". No suggestions for anything remotely helpful. She wanted to put me on two different antibiotics (which ave both cause cdiff in the past) I had a pretty bad cough and she offered tessalon pills, but when I told her they did not work for me and codiene cough syrup does she said she did not feel comfortable prescribing it to me because I have an allergy to tramadol and there is is promethazmine in the cough medicine. Basically she and her director told me to just go to another urgent care. like wtf? How more unprofressional can you get.

If you are injured on the job go to a real doctor that actually wants to help you the cost is worth it. These guys will treat as little as possible the Doctors dont care about your injury they just want to get you off the books. The office staff is very nice and helpful and during the first visit the doctors act like they are also but the will under diagnose every time all they want to do is get you better enough to sign their Maximum Medical Improvement paper so you are no longer a liability. I recently was told Pain is not a treatable symptom and that I just need to get used to it by Dr. Byrd

Arrived on time but had sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes until the doctor was ready, incredibly unorganized establishment. Then once I was called back I waited in a room for the doctor but he proceeded to help another patient before me even though I arrived first. The doctor was incredibly unprofessional and talked about politics during the appointment which did not feel appropriate and I was extremely uncomfortable. When I was leaving, the lady at the front desk asked me to leave a review and said she only wants 10s.

After a poor experience walking in the door, Im changing my review from a one star to a five star. The front desk seemed to have changed their attitude. The MA was so sweet and caring and thorough. The nurse was very nice and he doctor (Hammond) was thorough, up front, and actually got through to my stubborn husband! Hoping we never have to come back, but if we do, we will be in good hands, Im sure. Thanks so much for your care!

The staff were courteous and helpful. They worked with me on appointment times around my work schedule. My physical therapist was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to understand my injury and what exercises could be done to strengthen and heal that area. Overall I would rate this as a very good informative experience.

Not sure why this place is considered an Urgent Care because its Very, VERY SLOW service!!! The lady up at the desk is very rude as well. They make you feel like they dont care about anything at all... wish I wouldve went somewhere else!!!

Should be called meander care, the staff is nice and polite, but I had to sit for about two hours waiting during a presumably slow period. I think they would greatly benefit from some more staff.

Went to get antibiotics for a sinus infection. Was told by the doctor that there are no antibiotics for a sinus infection, which I later discovered was incorrect. $50 copay for nothing.
