I have been a client of this clinic for many years since it is conveniently located a mile from my home. I have been seeing them on a weekly basis at the beginning of the Winter 2015 season. Most recently I received a call to confirm my appointment and showed up at my scheduled time. I was then told that I would not be able to see my current counselor for insurance reasons. If I had been there for sniffles, I would have seen anyone else. However, this was not the case. If my insurance not been valid, this should have been determined long before. In the realm of behavioral assistance this is highly unprofessional and potentially harmful. I will no longer use them and I have removed my son from their pediatric care. If you have the ability or insurance portability, then I strongly urge everyone to stay away.

Always slow and the nurse smells liked bad odors and never check on anything thats wrong with clients and being slow i dont liked while we have something else to do and they keep on forgetting my birth control half the time
