This place is terrible. We made an appointment, but it was still first come first serve, whats the point of asking for an appointment? I took my daughter in to get some blood work done. I dont know how they trained their staff or where they find these idiots. They stuck my daughter three times, and dug around INSIDE after they failed to find a vein in the first attempt. I have never had anyone successfully draw blood after digging around INSIDE. If you dont know how to draw blood, then go find someone who does. TORTURED my daughter for 30 whole minutes, and after all that they failed to draw her blood. After all that, they had the audacity to blame us for having small veins. I have half a mind to go talk to a lawyer.

I have had my blood work done couple of times at this location. Unfortunately the staff is very slow and acts like they dont care about the people coming in. I recently had my glucose test done not only did I sat there 40 minutes before called in then given the drink had to wait another hour for my blood to be taken the whole experience took forever I was there from 11AM to 1:17 PM. The lady with shorter blond hair taking my blood didnt pinch me but stabbed my arm for the second time and it takes my broosing to go away for good week! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Morristown LabCorp is so much better. I wish I could give them a negative star but there is no such a choice.

They do not know what they are doing there. I needed to get a pre-employment drug test. I signed up for it online,made an appointment and then went there. I waited about 15 minutes and when I was called, I was told that they do not do that type of test there. I was told that I would have to go to their Roxbury location, which is about 10 miles west of there. The lady was laughing when she said it closed in about 20 minutes and I would most likely not make it. They wasted about an hour of my time. I usually go to one of their competitors when I need blood work done. I will keep going to the other place. Thanks Labcorp.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, It was my first experience with this lab, I went to the reception counter and was stand there for a few minutes and the receptionist just ignore me, even did not answer my "good morning", another patient have to tell me that I have to sign my name in a list they have. The phlebotomy nurse did not greet me and makes me feel like a cow going into the slaughterhouse. No one deserve to be treat that way, but, you never know who is who. They may be surprised in a bad way. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, even it is walking distance from my house. BAD, BAD, BAD

Disgusting place - was there 3 times, every time it was filthy and pieces of bloody gauze were lying on the ground. Reception staff rude. Once, when there for a fasting blood test, the technician yelled at me because I was dehydrated and she couldnt find my vein because of that and told me I should know to drink water before a fasting blood test. Sheesh ... really? Fasting? Ive even complained to my insurance provider because they only cover LabCorp. Totally unprofessional place. I have found a better location. Not as close to home but cleaner and more pleasant

The most unprofessional run organization I have ever been to. Staff loudly talking and eating behind the window while over 10 individuals waited for their blood and urine tests in the waiting room. After signing in, 3 staff members looked up at me without offered any direction. I sat and waited until my name was called. 10 minutes later asked if they had any paper work for me to fill out, they said no and for me to just sit and wait while they continued to chat behind the counter and discuss their lunches that day.

Only giving it a 5 star because of the Spanish lady that took my blood was a sweetheart. However, the fat white lady at the front desk is a sloth. I went for glucose and she never kept me posted for my hour up blood work. Shes lazy and doesnt do her job well. When I told her I say for more than a hour she still told me to wait. Spanish lady to the rescue and was mad that the front desk did nothing. She was suppose to have me do urine too and said nothing. Shes needs to get fired.

Ridiculously slow. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and there was a line of 12 people waiting. In the 45 minutes I sat there, they only saw 2 of them. I understand that it takes a few minutes to enter paperwork, but it doesnt take long to draw blood. Never going back. In contrast. I got up amd left and drove 15 minutes to the Roxbury Labcorp, and I was in-and-out in 10 minutes. And, they were very professional and courteous. Get it together, Morris Plains

Terrible service. Came at 730 am. Waited an hour...still waiting at 8:30.... Waiting room cleared....The receptionist disappeared for about 10 min ....decided to take a phone break instead of checking in the last person in the waiting room(me)..... Then a rush of ppl came in including someone with an appointment she was 20 min late for and she checked her in before me. Honestly... My time is just as valuable as yours.

People there were unprofessional and phlebotomist there did not know what she was doing she punctured my vein so badly; I never had this kind of bruising after a simple blood work. My whole right arm is all black n blue. I asked the phlebotomist to be gentle and she said "its a needle its going to hurt". It was one of the worst blood work!!!

This place is very bad. I had a 9:00 reservation. When I arrived, there were 40 people waiting. There was not a seat in the waiting room. I asked how long it would take until they could see me. The lady laughed and said "I dont know, and hour or so." What is the point of a reservation? I did not have a free hour, so I left.

The negative reviews are misleading and inaccurate compared to the experience that I just had with this office. They were very friendly, prompt, clean, and professional. Assuming that my specimens get evaluated, processed, and reported to my doctor correctly, I have absolutely no complaints about this office.

Reception - RUDE. Phlebotomist - FANTASTIC - too bad she has to work with the rest of the jerks. Tiny facility that doesnt have enough room in its reception area. There are much better facilities in the area.

Got there at 7 am to get a drug test done when I found out they only take drug tests between 11 - 2. They do not list this online. Also, they lady who "helped" me was very rude. Worst experience ever.

Receptionist could care less! Lots of attitude! They all seem to hate their job. Then they later misplaced my blood work at the lab. Labcorp is terrible!
