From the moment I stepped into this place I was treated with complete outward disrespect as if I was an inconvenience or apain to be there. I am also a medical professional and my hours usually conflict the the hours of Lab Corp, but I happened to get off work a little earlier than usual so I swung right over. I arrived at 2:45. Fifteen minutes before the office closes. From past experience I knew that no one else would be there at the same time and I should be in and out within 5-10 minutes. I approached the desk with a smile on my face and said, "hi, how are you." In return I received a dirty look with, "sign in." Okay. Off to a great start. She calls me back to the first desk and the girl completing my paper work was very sweet. She asked me about additional documents that I didnt think I need, but were in my car so I went to grab them. It is now 2:55 Im walking back into the office when this lady with dreads says, "oh no. We are closed. You can come back during normal hours." I proceeded to explain that I was already inside and they are working on my paper work. For a good 3-5 minutes following this I received an ear full about, "why dont people come during normal business hours. We are closed. Next time you better have your paper work together because if you walk out we are not unlocking these doors...on and on and on how I was an inconvenience to be there at the time that I was. I asked the girl completing my paper work to give me my documents so I can go elsewhere to have my work done, but she was professional and insisted that I stay and ignore this woman (whose name is AIYSHA). Lab Corp of Mays Landing should be embarrassed to have someone with that kind of attitude representing their company. I will never return to any Lab Corp facilities to have any work done. There are tons of people losing their jobs and their homes and are desperate for jobs and you have someone like this working for you. What a shame.

Was there at 6:59 am, they open at 7. I was #11 in line. I work in Human Resources and never want to see ANYONE lose their job but this crews behavior, mannerisms and lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable!!! With the exception of Phlebotomist Jose. The receptionist, well where do I begin? she was not rude but she certainly was not pleasant and did not greet nor say hello to anyone including her manager or supervisor who called while I was standing there at the desk.she answered the phone with no greeting and then she talked about how I guess the person was not coming in today. but rather it was a co-worker a supervisor or manager or the director apparently the leadership as bad as well because she should have been corrected. The young lady inside at the admitting area was rushing a elderly lady with a boot on her foot and a cane as if she didnt see her attempting to walk in there. Poor lady had to tell her Im coming as fast as I can. I agree with another reviewer there was no greeting nor was there any pleasantries when leaving. These people should not qork in Healthcare. Now Jose was the exception, he greeted us, introduced himself calmed my teenager and even told us about his upcoming vacation.

NEVER DO YOUR BLOOD WORK HERE AGAIN! They for some reason forgot to do one of my blood test. Called last Thursday to add the test they forgot to do, but found out they forgot to do it again. Because of their two mistakes, I wont be able to hand everything on time. Unfortunately, I might not be able to sign up for my courses this fall semester.

One of the receptionist, a young black lady with dreadlocks (I should have written down her name!), was extremely grumpy and rude. Treated an old patient with no respect. Didnt expect to see someone like her at a health care facility. It was inexcusable. I suggest you turn around and go to QUEST if you see her at the reception desk.

Entirely too long of a wait, not enough seating, no toilet paper in restroom. This is normal client volume for this location. Why hasnt this multi-million dollar corporation made changes to accommodate their greatest assets? I will be a patron of quest or Atlanticare for future lab work.

Worst people ever EXTREMELY disrespectful!! Didnt say hello or goodbye, gave you dirty looks as soon as you walked in. Treated me as an inconvience rather than a patient. DO NOT COME HERE GO SOME WHERE ELSE. They are also not very skilled and are very rough leave behind bad bruises.

The staff is just so rude. Not friendly at all. They forget that if we dont use their lab office they will be out of jobs.. there is absolutely no need for that. I work in the casino business and trust me you always treat people with respect even when they dont deserve it...

So far we have good experience at this location. Employees seem to be alright. But, We definitely hope more patient friendly employees. I will update if I see any changes in the future visits.
