Bottom line: they are good at what they do, the place was clean, they were not super nice or friendly but if you want efficiency then this place is a good place to go. If you dont like to wait, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. They take all appointments on time, no waiting, in and out in 15 minutes. The long version: Were the people there the friendliest? It was a mixed bag. The lady at the front desk was not among the nicest people I have encountered. The lady who did my intake (took my information) was very nice and professional and friendly. I have uncooerative veins and it usally takes multiple people and a few blown veins before my blood ends up being drawn. The lady who actually drew my blood spoke but 5 words to me even though I said hello and how are you and all that. When I tried to tell her about my situation and asked her to use the smaller butterfly needle she didnt even look at me. It was like talking to a wall. But she did get my blood on the first try, no blown veins. Ill take talent over courtesy any day. So if you are looking for a new best friend, dont go here, dont go anywhere because yes, their job is not the easiest and I think no matter where you go there will be people who are nicer and always someone who is rude but thats life in the big world, baby.

Horrible. Got there when they opened (6:30 am) and still had 8 people ahead of me. Never asked if I was fasting. Understaffed (One receptionist, a Jamaican woman and one phlebotomist). It took 25 minutes for the receptionist to type in my info because she was going back and forth between myself and 3 other people (no joke). When I finally made it in the back to get the work, I waited another 15 minutes. Phlebotomist stuck me with the needle and wiggled it around multiple times because she couldnt find the vein. Blood sugar started crashing and they had to stop the test. She said "I hope I can make some changes to your work because theyre arent enough vials". I told her to continue and she said she cant due to health laws. Was told that they couldnt use the vials that they already withdrew and to return tomorrow to redo it. I will NEVER go to LapCorp ever again. Horrible service.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This place is hell on earth. Additional staffing level would probably alleviate some of the issues. Signed in at 9:30 and there were 30 people ahead of us. Packed in the waiting room like sardines. Be prepared if you make the error in coming here. Stock snacks, phone chargers, reading materials, etc. You will be here for the long haul and there are no magazines to occupy your time. The one television in the waiting area is broken.

I want to again compliment this LabCorp site. Please do not be put off by some of the recent poor reviews. My husband and I both had very complicated doctor requested tests, and we were handled with the utmost care. My husbands technician, Sam was an expert in drawing over 20 vials of blood with no problems. My husband has returned to the site again and the lab tech, Sam was very helpful and skillful in completing the requested blood tests. Kudos to a the staff!!

This place SUKS....I will not he going back there. The lady in the front w/ an accent is fuming RUDE as hell n we had words together too. REPLACE her cause it seems everyone here ....is COMPLAINING about her ass. I will find another place too go. Too bad....the place is beautiful since they re-did it ...but REPLACE that rude Lady....for real.

She responded with an attitude "yes we are open everyone been calling to see if were open God" I told her I was calling to confirm since online it says their hours might differ and she hung up on me

Address is correct now. The staff are very rude at this location and I will not be going back there ever. They got annoyed at me just for asking how long the wait list was so I could decide whether or not to stay. They were nothing but unpleasant and upsetting. Im going to another location from now on.

Horrible! Short on staff. Got there 5:50am. Doors opened @ 6. Checked in @ 6:37am. Its 6:59 and still waiting. Feel bad for receptionist as she is the only one here. She had to come to the back to start drawing blood. Its never been like this before. Whats going on???!!

The people at this location have been nothing but patient with my daughter who is a difficult child. They are wonderful, the front desk lady is actually very nice, at least to us. Their job cant be the easiest.
