Approach the front door with humility and a prayer. Its a family gym, and theyre many highly educated members from the Mendham community. Snooty but helpful. Id rather be helped out and ignore the attitude of which they seem to approach with. Also, there seems to be someone there most of the time to sort of guide you through things; almost like having a personal trainer.

I have been coming to Mendham Health and Racket Club for a year now. I have to say, I feel so comfortable here. The trainers really know what they are doing. Mike and Byron have really helped me get to my ideal weight and muscle weight months ahead of my schedule. Only thing I ask is that get some more updated machines. Besides that this place is amazing to work out at.
