I dont know where the screw up is here. Overall, when I see a Doctor they are helpful and patient. When I have tried to follow the Office Protocol for medication refills however this has gotten screwed up for 3 months. I call the Pharmacy on a Thursday Morning and ask them to call Zu Fall as asked by the office and the Pharmacy asks for a request directly. 6 times over 3 months with medications that cause withdrawal, I have called on a Thursday or Wendsday to give 48 hours before the weekend so I had my meds. Every time the Office never called the Pharmacy. Every time I had to show up last second and explain to 4 people that look at me like I am from Mars. So I thought I was stuck here because of my records and meds. I have had them all transferred out and have 2 appts left to get referrals out to Doctors that accept Medicaid and if needed will see me that day without waiting over an hour.

Horrible experience with these people. My foster daughter had an appointment two weeks ago, which I took of off work to bring her to. We brought her, and were informed that the doctor had cancelled it without telling us in advance. Then, we went to the make up appointment today--for which I also took off work--and they refused to work on her because she was crying. I know this is a discount place, and I can see why.

For a community health center, it is very good. Fast and affordable. Clean. Everyone there is courteous. I brought a friend there a few times and all went smoothly. However, the Drs. are very basic-level and not exactly all that expert, if you kind of know a thing or two about biology/medicine. But for basic problems, health concerns, etc, the place is great.

Zufall is an amazing resource for the under-served. The place is clean, the people who work here are patient and professional. The sliding scale based on need is fantastic, although I expect it will become unnecessary as people sign onto Obamacare.

Its an awful place. They say few minutes but make you wait for 40 mins. Ive been here twice, everyones careless and rude. They dont even answer questions. I came with an appointment but they made me wait again.

They dont want to take walk ins at 4pm! Bad service and attention, I was bleeding in front of them and they were like "oh we are not in emergency mode and we dont accept walk ins any more".

Poor service, was in a car accident the day of my appointment. Still managed to take a Uber there, I was turned back for being 15min late, no empathy.
