I must say that this is the worst health center out there....Rutgers your education is great but your admin and staff not so much especially at this health center... The secretary Checoya cancelled my appointment without even asking me....I can not emphasize enough how bad this place is...RU please do something about your customer service.

Excellent, kind staff. They have a surprising amount of resources for a small health center (lab, pharmacy, etc.) and its very cost-friendly for students.

Wont even give Rutgers students an ice pack - you have to schedule an appointment and pick it up from the pharmacy! for an ice pack!
