After driving 45 minutes to Urgent Care in Rock hill, I was asked to fill out the info form and was greeted by a very nice receptionist. I waited 35 minutes and was called in where they took my vitals. Afterward I was told the Dr. would be right in. I waited 1 hour in the room and came out and asked when I could be expected to see the Dr. The aide at the desk said " she had not gotten to it yet", but they were going to try and see if there was a pulmonary Dr. to see to me. I asked her how much longer that would take and she had no idea. Its funny how she had the time to chit chat with her co-workers but not to make a phone call for a patient. One hour and a half later I walked out as sick as when I came in with no medication. This is the 21st century in the USA. Whats up? There were only two Dr.s to deal with all the patients. I would rate my experience as haveing no regard for the patients. This should be called .Long Wait No Care, but not Urgent Care. No one keeps you informed. After putting you in a room their job is over. It wasnt so busy that I should have waited so long and still no result. Elaine Koncz

I have been and continue extremely satisfied with Dr. Rudnick. He has been so caring and has taken interest in my well-being to control the pain I continue to suffer daily. I am also very pleased with a group of professional nursing staff that know how to deal with us as patients, but of course, not everyone feels the way I do. There are some people that have had different experiences. Theyve felt hurt. This is why communication is so vital to improve patient/health care professional interaction. Also, it would be nice to improve the time we have to wait to get a patient representative to answer our call. We are on hold for a long rime. Otherwise, my overall experience at Crystal Run Healthcare meets my expectations.

To GPS this place I put "route 17 exit 109" and it cane up. The folks at this facility said it wouldnt come up in GPS which is true. But it was pure luck that it came up when I type that in.
