Probably the most disorganized facility that Ive ever dealt with. Sent there from my employer due to a workplace injury...the nurse technicians seem completely clueless at their tasks...after repeatedly stating to one tech about the injury to my left knee, she entered that it was my right knee that was hurt (good thing there was no amputation necessary). On 2 occasions, I was left for over an hour in the exam room waiting to be seen, and on 1 occasion, not seen at all. I had called to cancel a follow-up appt, which was rescheduled over the phone, only to be called back an hour later, by seemingly the same person, to be reminded that I missed my appt. I had been cleared by one of the Doctors to go back to work, while I rehabbed, so I did, then about a month later, another Doctor asked me why I was working, that my chart had still stated no work. There was a huge delay in scheduling an MRI that was ordered by the doctor stat because US Healthworks gave the imaging facility the wrong claim number...And now today, when I finally showed up for that MRI, they told me it was cancelled due to no doctor authorization...meanwhile, the doctor, herself, would repeatedly ask if I had gotten the MRI yet. There are a few other instances in which I was so shocked at this places ineptitude, that I thought I must have been on some kind of hidden camera show or something. In all fairness, the Rehab dept. does a fantastic job, and shouldnt be bunched in with the rest of the place. Thats the only reason I didnt consider going elsewhere. My apologies if this sounds a bit harsh, but I assure you that I have no bias against this place; Im just sharing my honest experience, & hopes this helps someone else.

This place is terrible. At times, you may be the Only one waiting in the waiting area with 5 to six staff members floating around in the testing area, yet you will still end up waiting 45 minutes. I ONLY come here if I HAVE to test on a specific day and Quest Diagnostics is closed. I am currently in the waiting room. The secretary just asked if anyone checked the guy in that came in 30 minutes before me. She announced his first name, and all of the staff members said that they didnt even see his paperwork. I am not surprised, since they lost my paperwork on the desk the last time that I came in there and left me waiting for 30 minutes before they noticed. They will comment on whatever happens to be playing in the waiting room though. They are not rude, and they quickly tell you to sign in once you walk in, but that is where the prompt service ends. No one seems to know what is going on at any given time, yet somehow I seem to know that one of their staff members are trying to have another baby. Please keep your personal lives to yourselves, and pay attention to the 2 people in the waiting room that have been there for 45 minutes. Ask yourselves "Do these two people live here, or did we lose some more paperwork and that is why they are waiting and look pissed". I would record video of this nonsense, but unlike the secretary and her name announcements, I have heard of and understand the concept of the HIPAA privacy law. If you have 2 hours to waste and you are not interested in good service and love employee gossip, you should come here. If not, leave work early and go somewhere else.

Guys please dont trust this woman with your body I hurt my back and my groin on the job i get send to healthworks in jamesburg . After 3 days off and couple therapy sessions she tells me to go to work meanwhile Im still in significant pain moving anything over 20 pounds My job requires me to move up to 50 plus regularly . I got hurt again even worse couple days after returning to work cause i listened to advice of the "doctor". I was out for a couple weeks she refused to sing the woekmans comp papers cause i went to see a personal doctor as she herself told me to herself. I could not believe my eyes. So I figured Ill just stay home tyll rest and heal . then I get a call from my hr saying i gotta go back to work i been released days ago. Pardon the rant So im back to work with no workman comp for the weeks i been absent and still somewhat in fukiin pain .

After 12 physical therapy sesions. I still was sent back to work with a torn acl and meniscus . Had to go to another doctor where they did an MRI. Knw i need surgery.

lousy care for them one for one never has pain only see you and you already diagnosed should do surveys such as doctors with patients and makes better make your clinic
