First thing first the wait to be seen is horrific, when I failed my physical for my job I was told to go and see my doctor she send me for testing and I did everything they asked for. My doctor Dr. merlin retired and in her place came nurse practitioner Williams, after I explained that Nancy never got to writing a letter to retake my physical. She told me " I cant write it today" you should come and make on other appointment, and I told her that my insurance had expired and that I was paying out of my pocket for every appointment, still she said well call Monday. Monday came I called and the staff had no Idea what I was talking about. I explained it to them again and told them its urgent that Ive trying to get this since November is now February and still no letter, they called the next day that she wasnt going to write the letter for me.... Honestly if you need a doctor go to a monkey with that you will have better treatment.. This place is HORRIBLE.... Where patients are first my ass!

If I could I would not even rate this place as one star!!! This is the second time I have been here and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Our first visit we had an appointment at 1pm and didnt get seen until almost 3pm therfore spending half a day in the waiting room alone, only to see the doctor for less than 15 minutes. The second time again we have an appointment at 11:30 its now 12:15- 45 mins past our appointment time and no one has come to see us yet. Not to mention as I sit next to the receptionist desk I get to witness the staff disrespectfully assisting customers and then speaking ill of those same customers as they walk away. I have been to many doctors and even work in customer service and one rule of thumb is to NOT talk about your clients, and definitely not in front of other clients. Everyone is entitled to their opinion however, this is a doctors office people do not come here to be judged!!!!!

Pleasantville Location. Absolutely the most incompetent, inconsiderate, unprofessional place I have ever been too. We were told to come early for my 3 month olds 4:30pm appointment because they take people in order you come. We got there at 12:30pm and were told it was okay we came that early and to sign in. After a hour, we were called to be registered. After 2 hours we asked how much longer until he would be seen. Her response was "awhile." At 4:30pm, they still could not give us a time our son would be seen. The Director came out to tell us the girl must have forgot about us. Needless to say, we left. They cannot even run a waiting room properly, think we were going to trust them to give our child shots?

Worst Office I have ever been to. The staff was horrible with the exception of one female. The initial receptionist I spoke with gave me a dumb ass look when I asked if she was available for me to check in. She proceeded to laugh and say "Im serious Im not available" the receptionist beside her gladly accepted to assist me. Literally 30 seconds after I sat down the initial receptionist accepted the next person in line. SMDH. Im actually still waiting ..............

I agree with previous posts. Ive waited between 1-2.5 hours after my appointment time to be seen. The place is clean and the doctors are pretty good. Do NOT go to their dentist. His exam took literally ten seconds and he didnt examine my upper teeth.

You literally sit there all day. Everyone there is rude . i will never recommend that place to anyone.not even my worst enemy. Be prepared to bring your breakfast lunch and dinner.
