I scheduled a 9am appointment for the "BluePrint for Wellness" Biometrics testing here. I would like to mention that is the box that I check during the online booking. After 35 min of waiting I was called into a room. I didnt mind the wait; it was clear from the waiting room they were busy. When the woman came into the room, she had an attitude before I even interacted with her. She proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t able to fill out the paper form, and that my doctor would have to do that. I replied telling her that I have been going to Quest for the last 4 yrs, with my form and have never had an issue. Quest is the preferred testing site and encouraged because our insurance pays Quest directly. You can opt to go to a doctor, but you have to pay for the visit yourself. She told me there was nothing she could do other than “look in the system.” She wasn’t even specific about what she was looking for exactly. She then stated there was nothing she could do. After I left, I called Quest and spoke with a customer service rep that looked up the location and confirmed they were indeed a testing site. He also didn’t understand why the paper copy would be an issue. He advised me to call the complaint line and to give them the woman’s name. I came back to the location about a half an hour later to get her name for the complaint, and every other team member I spoke with also lacked professional decorum and spoke to me like I was an idiot. No apologies or recommendations on other locations that may be able to help. They even refused to tell me the original woman’s full name; stating that I didn’t “need” it. All I know is the woman’s name was “Jen.” Perhaps “Jen” was having a bad day; Perhaps they all were. But I am a customer. I took the morning off from work and fasted for 12+ hrs just to get the blood work done. I highly suggest other Quest locations, unless you don’t mind being the brunt of someone’s bad day.

Went to this service center to do blood test for my one year son. The staff took half an hour to stir the needle in my babys both arms to find the vein. Now my babys both arms are bruised. One of the technician, named Jennifer gave us a really bad attitude during the whole visit. When my baby was crying, she can not focus on her job, instead, she was keeping standing up just because my baby cried so hard. She said, "Oh my god, oh my god, he is going to throw up!", with her face looked at she felt so disgusting. Although my baby did not throw up at all. After I exiting the office, I cried in the car for half an hour because the way they treated my one year old baby. The staff in this service center lack of necessary training, at least they are NOT qualified to do pediatric work at all. Parents should be aware of this. Front staff are the face of the business, Quest Diagnostics needs to take some action.

Absolutely horrible experience this week. I have been regularly going here for blood work for the past six months and when I needed a TB blood test the most at a time when Im suffering from symptoms of Crohns and have my first infusion scheduled tomorrow, they said due to technical issues I needed to be drawn again. This TB test is vital for me to be able to take my needed infusion to start to achieve remission. The results take another 2-3 days and they simply said its okay just come right now, what a joke this lab really is.... 2-3 more days for results means 24-36 more hours of my symptoms getting aggravated by each hour as they already have for the past four days.

I had a really pleasant experience at this location. Upon walking in, the facility was very busy, but I found the staff to be accommodating and nice. I did wait 30-35 minutes, but, I feel this is to be expected. I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 AM and was out the door by 12:10 PM. The facility was clean also, which is important (in my opinion). Its true this facility is understaffed, but this is the case for many places and I thought the staff did an excellent job of delegating and triage. I would recommend and use this facility again.

Worst place ....No customer service. I went today for my appointment scheduled @ 8.00 am, but they did not call me in till 8:45 , infact they called someone who came after me (their appointment scheduled @ 8:30) before me . I was there @ 7.56 and wrote my name in list of people waiting. I checked with them again @ 8:30 , and they asked me to wait....I dont understand use of paper sheet when they dont follow it . Stay away seriously.

I honestly hesitated going here because of all the negative reviews but its right by my job so I took a chance. idk why all the other reviews are so bad. I went around 10:45 am checked in & sat down no longer than 2 minutes & they called me back. Dawn was my phlebotomist & she was very patient with my uncooperative veins. I was literally in and out.

You would think it would be logical to push patients with time sensitive tests to the top of the list or at least tell them that you wont be able to do the test ahead of time but no- waited 45 min and then was told they couldnt test because it was now too late. Waste of my entire morning off.

Very unfriendly staff. They always look so stressed and overworked - like they dont want to be there. Quest needs to do something to help them because Im sure they are good people but if they are not staffed enough to keep up with the volume, they will not be at their best.

I urge whoever read this not to go there , irs for your own good , it is horrible ive been to other quest but this one your waiting forever as if its a hospital emergency room , the staff do not know what theyre doing. Please schedule your bloodwork somewhere else.
