I took my animals to JAH for several years, three separate dogs. On our last experience I was devastated when I picked up my dog after being boarded for ten days. He was in horrible shape, filthy and very nervous. I had left town for a funeral and wedding (member of wedding party died in car accident days before wedding) and they called me about ear infections, dehydration and then chili otis but refused to give him anything for his nerves. I was so shocked when I picked him up Ive never been back. Oh and the bill was huge. I just couldnt go back I was so angry. Up until that time I had good experiences, but prices kept increasing and service decreasing.

Very friendly staff! They took excellent care of my cat, and very quickly too. No waiting, no hassle, and the prices were definitely affordable. Not that emergency care for an animal is ever cheap, but it was a lot less than I was expecting. Had planned to go to another local vet, that rhymes with Cannon, but they do not do any sort of emergency care...appointment only, and nothing available for at least 2 weeks. Worked out for me, though. Jefferson Animal Hospital will be getting my business from here on.

Jefferson Animal Hospital offers quality service at a reasonable price. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. When my senior pet began to suffer from severe debilitating arthritis in her back and hips, the doctors at Jefferson Animal Hospital helped me devise a plan that would keep her comfortable and fit my limited budget. I would recommend any pet owner to use Jefferson Animal Hospital.

Dr. Anderson and staff at Galilee Animal Hospital are amazing. I cant say enough good things about them. I have years of rescue experience as well as 40+ years of pet ownership and have used many vets over the years. This clinic is the best by far. Dr. Anderson and staff are the most caring and compassionate that Ive ever experienced. I highly, highly recommend them.

I love Jefferson Animal Hospital. They are reasonable!!! After having experienced vet clinics in Atlanta its nice to have one that does not expect me to spend a fortune on my pet. They are efficient and do not overcharge for their services. My pet goes to them for his annual exams, and for boarding. They also did his hip check for his breed.

Love the staff here. The place is always clean. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and careing. Ive taken my Yorkie here and now my daughter takes her pup. Were very pleased with them. I only wish they offered emergency after hour care. I dont love that they carry my pup out of view a lot for smoke procedures. But I would recommend.

They took great care of my wounded cat. They were informative, compassionate, gave me multiple options and didnt charge an arm and a leg. I felt like they did what was best for my cat and not necessarily just their bottom line.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY SHIH TZU TO THE JEFFERSON ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR 2 YEARS AND THEY ARE SOOOOO RUDE. NEVER FRIENDLY, NEVER SMILE, NEVER MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IMPORTANT CUSTOMER! I LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE AS WE SPEAK!!!
