In only the four and a half months so far that Ive lived in Flowery Branch, Ive taken both my senior dog Chloe and my spry young cat Frisky to CMAH, and both Dr. DeLong and his staff have been extraordinarily above-the-line competent, knowledgeable, professional and caring toward both my beloved critters and me. I tend to be high-maintenance about my babies, but also sometimes am unable to get all advised procedures done in one visit, so doctor and staff are very direct but compassionate about helping me lay out treatment plans. Dr. DeLong truly and sincerely listens to my concerns, and never makes me feel rushed or like I ask unnecessary questions. A heartfelt thank you to all at CMAH!

Took mom moms dog here often and she got EXCITED about going in, so when my husband and I got a dog it was a no brainer where we were going to take out baby. Upon arriving we were greeted with a wonderful smile and my dog was already in love. Was treated very well by the staff and they were very helpful. Never owning a dog on my own before I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. They brought my dog back for her shots, and when the technician brought her back and left to get the doctor, my baby whimpered at the door until she returned. She did not want to leave and I am so grateful for their patient and help. Wouldnt recommend anyone else.

Vets there are unprofessional and DO NOT take care of your pets. My dog came back with cut marks and their reply was "it happens." Really??? Well what happened?? Turns out the groomer cut my dog multiple times and the vet missed a few times when giving her shots. Now my dog is severely scared to go inside that place and barks like Ive never heard when she sees the vet and groomer. Dont waste your time or money on a place that treats your dog like crap, also they treated me like crap with their short "typical" responses.

This vet clinic is outstanding in my opinion. I have been using them for 5 to 6 yrs. now and have never been disappointed! The service and staff are impeccable and very professional. As an animal based business myself I had high expectations and they met every one. I would never consider anyone else other than Dr. Delong. I find him to be very kind and caring to animals and very patient and accomadating, he truly loved animals and has such a gentle touch. Definitely worth a try!

This is really a great place to bring your furry family members. They are real and talk with you about what your options are instead of trying to push expensive tests like some places. Weve had to say goodbye to some of our aged babies there and theyve also pulled some back and helped them heal. They even called to check up on us the next day with one of our pups who had inconsistent symptoms to see how the medicine was working. You cant ask for better people.

The staff are friendly, knowledgable, personable.and extremely accommodating. They even gave tiny stuffed animals to my two new kittens to help them through their first vet visit - so sweet! Ashley and Shea went out of their way for me. So happy a friend told me about Dr. DeLong!
